@MaximuscleUK The reason Dan who i assume is the guy on the right, struggled is because he curled the weight by turning it into his chest where as phil hammered the weights straight up which is a much easier technique that uses less energy.
for the first part of each lift the guy n the left is doing hammer curls and the guy on the right bicep curls . doing hammer curls with a 16kg weight is much easier thats why he lasted longer

I didn't count them but I did 36 min nonstop with 16Kg, working with 17Kg now, done 30 min with them.
