@TheGamegangsta2 the plate actually has a 25 marked on it... the inner one being bigger is probably a 45. 325 for 10 reps with a pump at the bottom range of each rep after a knee injury would be really tough.. even for mike cammalleri

@TheGamegangsta2 dude, professional athletes workout in a gym, they didnt just become naturally jacked, and biosteel is for everyone, especially people who go to the gym regularily and obv profesional athletes. If it was just for professional athletes it wouldnt be on the mainstream market, for example gatorade has special chains of their drink only for athletes, meanwhile they retail pretty much sugar and water.

@TheGamegangsta2 as well you get what u pay for, biosteel really is worth 70 dollars as it improves so many things in your body, if you buy an 8 dollar container of gatorade powder its obv gonna be a lot worse than biosteel

@TheGamegangsta2 not true, i go to the gym 3 times a week, but i do heavy compund exercises, then do cardio two days a week then i play hockey twice a week, i drink biosteel its great for keeping my energy up and keeping me alert.
