If you have a 3gs i suggest you don't upgrade to ios5, it makes your phone really laggy and it gets really annoying, it takes longer to simply unlock, to go through pages, to open up apps! Don't do it! Unless you don't mind those obviously!

First of all THANKS for posting your video. It appears IOS 5 hasn't slowed down your 3GS and that's my biggest concern. I had to jailbreak a 2nd hand 3G I got to unlock it to use it here in the P.I. and it's slow. I'm not even using winterboard, just BiteSMS.

Fajny film, przydatny. iOS5 zapowiada się bardzo ciekawie, jednak po Twojej recenzji mam wrażenie, że na 3Gs to nie będzie działać połowa nowych funkcji ? Plus powolna reakcja na polecenia .. A jailbreak will probably be released allowing the features disabled on the 3GS to be enabled. They are all merely software; the 3GS is perfectly capable of the features.

I'm sure the iPhone and iPhone 3G would run this, though rather slowly. iOS 4 should've been on the iPhone, not just the iPhone 3G/s, 4, because internally is almost identicle to the 3G iPhone.

Did they fix that phone reset problem in iOS 5? I know many MANY 3GS users who updated to iOS 4.x had their phone trashed by the Apple Rom... they can't make phone calls more than 5 minutes after the update, and iPhone would just shut off.
