ring og wealth and what it does; There are 3 bases of drops, Common drops, rare drops and unique monster drops, the ring of wealth ONLY helps with the rare drops, so it is kind of recommended ;) hope this helped you guys

Wealth increases chances of rare drops, like d med or like yew logs. It doesnt improve chances of visage I'm pretty sure.
