Why are you recording EVPs with the world's lowest-quality audio recorder? My iPhone could do a better job, for God's sake. Seriously, if you're going to call yourself a "researcher," spend $100 on the right tools. The quality here is seriously embarrassing. I mean really, what could possibly produce such terrible quality???

@VincePetaccio If you want to get into ghosts. That is ok. But good idea there, get a digital recorder from Best Buy if your going to post on youtube it's a better idea. Otherwise, I live in Ohio, avoiding that part of it. I know the cememetry behind the Dublin Libary is haunted too. I have seen ghosts there from time to time, I avoid going there now because of that. Since they use the building and the grave site.
It's a group of demons. I know because they call someone a Little Pig, Pig and Fatass (twice). Demons always refer to humans as pigs and they're not saying help me, they're saying Hell. This is very typical of what demons say, it's a form of subconscious programming they use.
the evps that say help me, or like on your other videos saying am i dead make me sad cuz how can you really tell them if you have to wait and hear the recording you know, so sad but good catches
Are you using digital or cassettes for your EVP's?
The mind hears what it wants to hear. If people did not tell what they thought an EVP said, most people just hear tape noise. Once it's pointed out, everyone hears it. It's like seeing faces in clouds or grilled cheese sandwiches.
I have never captured an EVP that can't really be explained by a more logical explanation, and I have been doing this for almost 6 years now. As the skeptic mind you, but still. Experience is experience.
i once had lived in a house that had a ghost and it was a girl and every night me and my family always waked up because of it and we had to get it out because it was getting to scary first all it was,was moving shoes When we were asleep then it got scary cause we feared so it gave it energy to do more scary stuff so we said stuff about Jesus and said to it "get out" and then it was gone forever

you need to come check out the TB hospital in lima ohio. :D for some reason there has never been, to my knowledge, a really good legit ghost hunt there.

my friends mom told me that when they were moving out of their old house that she saw a little pale boy nude in the hallway, his veins showed and were blue, then the boy said help me she ran out of the house, then a week later i went back his house and saw what looked like a boy in his window, but i thought it was my imagination cause he had a big poster in the window. but when i called him he said he had already taken it down, and that freaked me out.
Not surprising that you would catch something like this in a facility of this type. I think that these voices might be an example of the Stone Tape Theory, sounds imprinted on a place that replay themselves. Verifying the recording with other credible EVP researchers would definitely be a plus here. I think that it is sad to hear human suffering but the capture, as I said earlier, may only be a recording of what occurred there and not a sentient haunting occuring in real time.
Good EVP, this ghost talks in syllables, like many you hear although I don't know why they do this, they tend to sound laboured, like trying to talk while someone is standing on your chest. I hear 2 or 3 voices here and other words but one voice seems to be the most pronounced-
When I was in college I was in a ghost hunting group I was sceptic than and still am I personally have captured some weird EVP's. The best was a NC ghost town were in the bar on a hand held we could here glasses clinking and talking, but our video was just us walking around. My other weird experience was in the bedroom of my friends apartment whenever he went back there on the phone you could here a man saying "get out of my house" My thought is its just energy left after life.

O . o It kinda seems like that some ghosts are "stuck in the past." Meaning, they can hear us, but they're still corresponding with their generation. Maybe to them, we're the ghosts and they're the actual ones alive.

I wonder if this is from the wood county poor house. My mom used to work there. There are many stories about that place. Several people have visted it and all claimed to have seen a ghost of a woman hovering down the hallway, all of them give the same description. There is also a room that they couldn't keep the window shut. In the morning it would always be open. Eventually they nailed it shut.
People say it's scary, but I agree: it's just really sad to hear people suffering. They are amazing captures, but I don't know why people find them fearsome. Just sad to know they suffered.

OMFG i was stayin in this hotel and its a 3 story hotel, and i was on the 3rd floor. It was late night and i was in the hallway of the room and walking twards my bed and they i seen this black figure in front of me, but i couldn't move. I was FUCKING creeped! I then just backed up and it disapeared....
Oops. I should explain. In the late 70's the Lunatic House and County home was purchased by the Historical society. It is now (since the late 70's) an active museum.
Also, when I lived with my grandma, I was sleeping with her in her bed. I woke up hungry and went to the kitchen and got 2 Oreos. I ate 1 in the kitchen. I took the other with me back to bed. I had just layed down (in bed with grandma) when I saw a THICK shadow walk to the door. There was light from the bathroom behind it but, I couldnt see through it and It motioned its hand for me to"c'mere". I WAS PETRIFIED! I was still chewing Oreo so I know I wasnt dreaming or asleep! I yelled & it left!

I was on a field trip and their was this Buddhist place we went to and their was a monk house and I look back and there was a monk staring at us and when we looked back to what the instructor was showing us and glanced back the monk was in another window on the other side of the house

The "ghost is pushing on my chest" feeling is normal human reaction to stress. You just think it's a ghost at the moment because you expect it to be a ghost.
It's like butterflies in your stomach.
Mental distress can cause a lot of wierd things to happen that make you feel like something supernatural is going on.
That's not to say it's not possible there is a ghost in there, though. =)
When I was 10 I was sleeping when I heard thumps for half an hour then, I saw a book on the ground that was not there the night before. That night I found a book on my bed and the page turned by itself as if someone were reading it! Then I asked a question to the spirits about a math problem I had on homework and I looked at my sheet that I had NOT done yet and all the answers were on there. I started to get really scared, so I set up a video camera in my room. But I got nothing paranormal.

When I was a child, I slept with my parents when we moved. I went to the bathroom, then went back to the room. But as I was going into the room, I saw little flying ribbons and streaks of light, and I couldn't pass the door. It felt like a strong push was in my chest that prevented me from screaming or walking forth. I too have interacted with ghosts through dreams, so I shall tell of the last one I´ve seen: Me and my boyfriend were at my family´s cabin. In my dream I woke up to wind-type sounds in our bed, my man still asleep. Then it turned into whispering, echoing talk and cause of just been woke up, I rudely said loud "get lost shut up!" and then a white wind surrounded the room, the voices were loud, very angry. I hugged my now woked b-friend and cried "Im sorry, forgive me! but why? what´s wrong??"

i used to go to juarez to visit ny grandma at her house. we used to spend the night there at sometimes. evrey time we spant the night we could hear banging on the wall. whe heard like if someone was banging on the wall like...bang...bang...bang...bang. this would go on all night. my grandma used a ouija onse and it told us that my uncle (may he rest in peace) was the one who was banging on the wall. it told us to send flowers and candles to him. after that they stoped for a while but returned!

The one I saw, at 7 am full daylight was as tall as my ceiling, 8ft, saw every detail of those robes down to the tattered dustiness at the bottom, full on eye contact for 2-3 seconds its shoulders jumped, like"WHAT!" and just one step to the left and it turned into black ribbon of smoke from the feet up in under half a second. Left through the ceiling and I have seen the same one, i think, twice more.
Dude I can't explain it to you I've seen of those things 5 years ago and i still remember that shit freaked me out!!! Well, seeing as everyone here has a story to tell, I'll relate one of countless experiences with the other side. About 8 years ago, I'd fallen asleep reading and woken by the sounds of whispering, two children, one boy and one girl. I looked around my room and whispered, "Who's there?" The boy said, "Shhhh... He can hear us." Then I felt one pass through me and back, then I felt both pass through me (as if the boy made to leave and then had turned back for the girl) and then they were gone.
Since everyone else is telling their experiences, here's mine: The house I grew up in was wierd. You'd hear bangs and rappings on the walls when you were alone.
But the stangest thing is this: My friend stayed over and stayed in the extra bedroom. At 6 AM, the radio turned on full blast. She couldn't get it to turn off so she turned down the volume. Later she said, "Why'd you have the alarm set?" There was no clock on it. We went and looked at it was unplugged. We were so freaked out!

nscl123 Once my bedroom door creaked opened a bit, not right up. Someone said "here puss puss" and I saw a real hand wiggling a finger and my cat hopped off the bed and ran out! The voice was male, clear and distinct.
Every single night, I have dreams, just as anyone else does and dreams are never just a disorganized jumble, they are organized and always have clear scenes with furniture and people.
When I started to pay really close attention to my dreams 5 years ago, ie colour illustrations & journals, sometimes I saw people from the past I knew who were old but young in dreams.
Sometimes I saw loving benign people, sometimes I saw people who were mischievous and mean. These are all ghosts!
dreams are images that are manifested into your mind...say from a past life or a symbolic purpose to whatever shows up in your dreams...sometimes thay are ghosts that you are meant to help but not all the time( thats what i believe)
I believe that dreams occcur at varying stages of sleep. depending on the frequency of the brain at the dream stages your sub-conscious (which is operating on full during dreaming) may be much more sensitive than you would be conscious. Your subconscious would then create a dream reality of what its interpreting. This is why if i dream of a dog, i wake to a dog barking, or when i dream of spiders, i wake to find the smallest spider on my arm...etc
Hmm...you may be one of those people that can only interact with ghosts through their dreams. So it IS possable. I don't know why people thumbed you down.

When I was in college I was in a ghost hunting group I was sceptic than and still am I personally have captured some weird EVP's. The best was a NC ghost town were in the bar on a hand held we could here glasses clinking and talking, but our video was just us walking around. My other weird experience was in the bedroom of my friends apartment whenever he went back there on the phone you could here a man saying "get out of my house" My thought is its just energy left after life.

O . o It kinda seems like that some ghosts are "stuck in the past." Meaning, they can hear us, but they're still corresponding with their generation. Maybe to them, we're the ghosts and they're the actual ones alive.

I wonder if this is from the wood county poor house. My mom used to work there. There are many stories about that place. Several people have visted it and all claimed to have seen a ghost of a woman hovering down the hallway, all of them give the same description. There is also a room that they couldn't keep the window shut. In the morning it would always be open. Eventually they nailed it shut.

People say it's scary, but I agree: it's just really sad to hear people suffering. They are amazing captures, but I don't know why people find them fearsome. Just sad to know they suffered.

It was late night and i was in the hallway of the room and walking twards my bed and they i seen this black figure in front of me, but i couldn't move. I was FUCKING creeped! Oops. I should explain. In the late 70's the Lunatic House and County home was purchased by the Historical society. It is now (since the late 70's) an active museum.

Also, when I lived with my grandma, I was sleeping with her in her bed. I woke up hungry and went to the kitchen and got 2 Oreos. I ate 1 in the kitchen. I took the other with me back to bed. I had just layed down (in bed with grandma) when I saw a THICK shadow walk to the door. There was light from the bathroom behind it but, I couldnt see through it and It motioned its hand for me to"c'mere". I WAS PETRIFIED! I was still chewing Oreo so I know I wasnt dreaming or asleep! I yelled & it left!

I was on a field trip and their was this Buddhist place we went to and their was a monk house and I look back and there was a monk staring at us and when we looked back to what the instructor was showing us and glanced back the monk was in another window on the other side of the house

i was sleeping on my couch and i looked up and across the room i saw a little boy laying on the floor. i saw him clearly. It was so wired it scared me so bad. i closed my eyes and opened them and it was gone. I couldnt sleep the rest of the night. I think it was my brother to died when he was young. Cause he looked sorta like me and he was wearing my pajamas

demon...when i was 3 years old we bought a summer house, and the first day we sleept over there i were talking to ghost! i have no memories of that but my mum says that she woke up every night and herd me talking and she asked me who a was talking to and i said "the invisble person" and i talked to him 3 nights in row but then he dissapered. The "ghost is pushing on my chest" feeling is normal human reaction to stress. You just think it's a ghost at the moment because you expect it to be a ghost.
It's like butterflies in your stomach.
Mental distress can cause a lot of wierd things to happen that make you feel like something supernatural is going on.
That's not to say it's not possible there is a ghost in there, though. =)

When I was 10 I was sleeping when I heard thumps for half an hour then, I saw a book on the ground that was not there the night before. That night I found a book on my bed and the page turned by itself as if someone were reading it! Then I asked a question to the spirits about a math problem I had on homework and I looked at my sheet that I had NOT done yet and all the answers were on there. I started to get really scared, so I set up a video camera in my room. But I got nothing paranormal.

I woke up too a black like dripping tunnel like 5 times in face as i awoke it flew into the shadowy corner. also recently i was asleep on my couch and woke up frightened as if instinct and through the pillow at a shadow object standing at the front of the couch. :O and growing up I seemed to alwayshave scary shit happen to me at night haha I slept with my parents for awhile. :O

I was takin a shower and I started to wash my hair and I heard like a mumbling voice in the corner of the shower wall I couldnt make out wut the voice was sayin so I said (like a dumb ass) I cant hear you speak up jus as I finished sayin speak up it spoke and its voice grew louder and angry but it was speakin like in tongues words but mumbled and distorted so I said again I dont understand you this time it went even louder than the last time and started to laugh but this sick evil weird laugh

When I was a child, I slept with my parents when we moved. I went to the bathroom, then went back to the room. But as I was going into the room, I saw little flying ribbons and streaks of light, and I couldn't pass the door. It felt like a strong push was in my chest that prevented me from screaming or walking forth. I remembered my grandmother told me that when spirits are messing with you, you should get a strong attitude and tell them off. Since then I've been able to block them out.

once in this apartment i used to live in i was sitting down on my bed and i swear i saw the bed sink down right next to me as if someone sat down. after that i could hear breathing coming from that spot. needless to say i left that place quick...bcuz too much creepy shit was starting to happen after said event

and after that the "wind" and voices lowered down and I noticed this small tv that had appeared to one corner of the room. It showed dark brow´n white-photos of a small girl, sitting on a chair in very old clothes. There were more but this is the only one I remember. the tv and photos showed me dates and one year, but all I could remember after waking up was that they were from the 18th century. I felt bad for not remembering the date/s, what if I might have found smth from net?? :(

I too have interacted with ghosts through dreams, so I shall tell of the last one I´ve seen: Me and my boyfriend were at my family´s cabin. In my dream I woke up to wind-type sounds in our bed, my man still asleep. Then it turned into whispering, echoing talk and cause of just been woke up, I rudely said loud "get lost shut up!" and then a white wind surrounded the room, the voices were loud, very angry. I hugged my now woked b-friend and cried "Im sorry, forgive me! but why? what´s wrong??"

i think this is story, well it is, here on the pine ridge rez in SD where i live, kinda out in the country, almost every night there's a light way out in the hills, it goes bright, flickers, and dims and its just weird n creepy, i dont kno the source of the light or where it comes from, smart asses say its a sprite, but i looked that up and theres noway this is lightining, idk its a creepy light, i need to video tape this and take pics as well

i have a story. When i was about 9 i was on vacation with my family in my grandmas and grandpas house and everytime i went in there i always just felt a bit uncomfortable sometimes, i always just shook it off, but after awhile i began to see shadows or something in the corners of my eyes and every time it turned 2:00am the numbers on the microwave turned 666 ,everytime. a little while ago we were fixing up the place and we found a hole in the wall with ashes in it we think it was an urn.

Alright this is the worst ghost interaction I ever had in my life. 11:40 PM; I was playing warcraft 3 until my parents told me to go to bed. I finished the match and I went to bed. But one time me and two friends were outside at 10ish and there was a scratching on a tree and when we went near it it stopped so we went back up towards the house and we heard a noise like the flood from Halo 1. i have a story too... i was sleeping with my cat on my leg, sudenly my cat waked up and got all spiky and upset (like whene he wanna fight and other cat) so when i looked in the door there was ''Someone'' standing there (cat tell if it was a man or a girl) but whene i turned the light on there was nothing... 2 min later my cat ws sleeping again like if there was nothing... i moved away from that app 1 mouth later (end of the bill)

i used to go to juarez to visit ny grandma at her house. we used to spend the night there at sometimes. evrey time we spant the night we could hear banging on the wall. whe heard like if someone was banging on the wall like...bang...bang...bang...bang. this would go on all night. my grandma used a ouija onse and it told us that my uncle (may he rest in peace) was the one who was banging on the wall. it told us to send flowers and candles to him. after that they stoped for a while but returned!

- but this recording is.. hard to detect as i think the sound here on youtube is pretty f***ed, so its hard to judge if its a ghost or not, personally i cant hear it in this one exept the two boys that is talking. but again, due to bad sound here, i still believe it :) 4 stars

...then It turned around and sped off leaving the door open a little. I couldn't even go to sleep that I just sat at the opposite side of the door staring at it with a textbook in my hand. I called my brother and parents to come and we called the police just in case. Honestly that experience scarred me and I never sleep in a house alone. Oh god I just wish I never see that ever again.

how clearly have any of you seen the big ass black robed monks? The one I saw, at 7 am full daylight was as tall as my ceiling, 8ft, saw every detail of those robes down to the tattered dustiness at the bottom, full on eye contact for 2-3 seconds its shoulders jumped, like"WHAT!" and just one step to the left and it turned into black ribbon of smoke from the feet up in under half a second. Left through the ceiling and I have seen the same one, i think, twice more.

Dude I can't explain it to you I've seen of those things 5 years ago and i still remember that shit freaked me out!!! I was waiting for a bus on a bus station and there was no 1 there after few minutes i saw a guy in the distance maybe 25 metters away from me but he was just standing there doing nothing so i didn't payed attention to him after a minute all the lights when off and i got freaked out then 4 cars passed by and i saw a dark figure standing on the other side of the road i freaked out

Well, seeing as everyone here has a story to tell, I'll relate one of countless experiences with the other side. About 8 years ago, I'd fallen asleep reading and woken by the sounds of whispering, two children, one boy and one girl. I looked around my room and whispered, "Who's there?" The boy said, "Shhhh... He can hear us." Then I felt one pass through me and back, then I felt both pass through me (as if the boy made to leave and then had turned back for the girl) and then they were gone.

Since everyone else is telling their experiences, here's mine: The house I grew up in was wierd. You'd hear bangs and rappings on the walls when you were alone.
But the stangest thing is this: My friend stayed over and stayed in the extra bedroom. At 6 AM, the radio turned on full blast. She couldn't get it to turn off so she turned down the volume. Later she said, "Why'd you have the alarm set?" There was no clock on it. We went and looked at it was unplugged. We were so freaked out!

And my door would be half way open,so i would always be reading my favorite book but sometimes i used to hear my door open all the way and i checked but no one was there so i continued reading my book until i heard a noise it sounded like if someone was playing with my door opening and closing really freaky but i got used to it :)

Every single night, I have dreams, just as anyone else does and dreams are never just a disorganized jumble, they are organized and always have clear scenes with furniture and people.
When I started to pay really close attention to my dreams 5 years ago, ie colour illustrations & journals, sometimes I saw people from the past I knew who were old but young in dreams.
Sometimes I saw loving benign people, sometimes I saw people who were mischievous and mean. These are all ghosts!

dreams are images that are manifested into your mind...say from a past life or a symbolic purpose to whatever shows up in your dreams...sometimes thay are ghosts that you are meant to help but not all the time( thats what i believe)

I believe that dreams occcur at varying stages of sleep. depending on the frequency of the brain at the dream stages your sub-conscious (which is operating on full during dreaming) may be much more sensitive than you would be conscious. Your subconscious would then create a dream reality of what its interpreting. This is why if i dream of a dog, i wake to a dog barking, or when i dream of spiders, i wake to find the smallest spider on my arm...etc
