ok here is a question would CoolIT make the same model CoolIT Systems VAN-R120 but for duel 120mm fan? like the Corsair Hydro Series H100 way i ask well i just got a full tower case and my CoolIT Systems VAN-R120 wont fit in the back so im stuck with a fan cooler grrrr :( so yeah just thought i ask and if are going to make one like that boy CoollT would hit that jack pot :-)~
@merts487 The motherboard featured here is in fact a micro-atx motherboard. The cooler is compatible with current socket sizes, and ATX, micro-atx, mini-itx, and any other motherboard with a current cpu mount.
Hi... i am a currrent owner of the Coolit Domino...
I LOVE the COOLIT products...
i have a i7 920 overclocked to 4.2 and it so far is cooling it Greatly and getting the job done... however i have currently managed to purchase a Brand new Vantage ALC from a online retailer and i am excited about my NEW CPU cooler...
but i would like to know when will " Maestro " be coming out so that i may be FULLY able to UTILIZE this Brilliant piece of hardware wirelessly...???
Corsair's H50/70 and CoolIT's ECO and Vantage are all great products. We encourage you to check out the reviews posted online for each before making a purchasing decision. The Vantage has the added functionality of user control that no other cooler can provide.
@CoolItSystems Wow, a company that doesn't trash talk its competitors. Gotta give you guys credit for that. I'll make sure to check you guys out if I go to water cooling.
Maestro is our drag-and-drop chassis control software that works in conjunction with the new CI Bridge chassis control and CI LED chassis lighting systems. CI Bridge is an innovative chassis control and monitoring system that enables you to control a variety of fans, CoolIT CI peripheral devices and temperature sensors. CI LED enables you to control two RGB LED light channels capable of thousands of colors. See Control Integration on the Products page of our site for more details.
YouTube will not allow links to be posted here, but you can go to our website (coolitsystems) and click on Products, then select Control Integration. The product will be featured there. Please let us know if you have further questions.
Our CI LED product offers LED lighting, which can be controlled through the Maestro software by utilizing CI Bridge, our chassis control plattform. This will be available to system builders and OEMs. For the retail line, Corsair is offering Corsair Link, which is an exceptional product that offers advanced chassis control.
I bought this cooler about a month ago, and I'm loving it!
I got a kinda odd problem tho.. Now that it's winter and the outside temperatures drop below more than -10 degrees (I live in Norway) my room gets pretty cold too.
So when i start my computer the coolers "too cold" alarm, or something, goes of. And it beeps for a loong time! And doesnt stop before the cpu temp goes over 19.5 degrees.
Now I was wondering if there's some way to turn this of, or change what temp that sets it of?
You are right about the "too cold" alarm. This is nothing to worry about but is perhaps annoying. If you upgrade to the Maestro you will be able to set the alarm temperature yourself. Maestro is a chassis control system that enables you to control your fans and cooling units through desktop software. Otherwise the Vantage is set to alarm when the coolant is below a certain temperature. One solution would be to leave your computer running so that it doesn't go below that temperature.
Does the 2 year warranty cover any other components damaged by a malfunction of the Vantage? That's the only thing holding me back from using this in a current build. Water cooling has always made me a bit nervous.
Understandably, water cooling makes many people nervous. However, CoolIT has implemented a series of quality mechanisms to ensure leaks do not happen, and we haven't had a single leak in our ECO or Vantage lines. Safeguards include high quality barbs and tubes that prevent water vapor transmission loss (WVTL) to ensure the liquid doesn't evaporate from the tubing. The tubes are incredibly durable. The warranty does not cover peripheral components but does cover the unit itself.
The Vantage is currently available through our retail channel and on our website. Watch out for holiday specials going on now. The MTTF of the pump is 50,000 hours.
Hey bro, I've already purchased this cpu cooler for my i7 and boy do I love it! Looks great in my Antec Twelve Hundred case also. Anyway, I have X2 480 GTX's in there too and they def do run crazy hot. What retailers sell your omni GPU cooler? I cannot seem to find where to buy it other than the main site (where the price is too expensive at the moment)
These units (and the ECO ALC) have been compared in public reviews several times. Ultimately the decision comes down to what you are looking for in a cooler. The Vantage unit's performance is comparable to the H50 and H70 in reviews. It comes equipped with additional features unseen in any cooler on the market, including built-in alarms, customizable LCD display screen and user-selectable performance modes. It's price is very competitive price point and has an upgrade path with the
....Maestro ESP chassis control system. CoolIT's products are also designed to reduce other case temperatures such as chip sets and graphics cards slightly while cooling your CPU. Ultimately the decision is yours. They are all good products but it depends on what you want out of your cooler. We recommend reading the online reviews and manufacturers websites before making your final decision.
Can I run this to suck air into the case instead of the other way round ie for cases that need more air pushed into the case before venting out the top.
@coastercub71 Should be able to, just unmount fan and turn around. This would cool the liquid better (resulting in lower cpu temps), but would also mean that you have a higher temp within your case (as the air absorbs the heat of the liquid).
Ultimately, the difference is unlikely to be massive, so I'd say try it out, see what happens.
Is it "difficult" to mount the WC kit on a AM3 based motherboard?Think its abit more important getting told than changing colors on the brain!Would love an answer!ty
The installation process on this cooler has been rated as the easiest of any fatory-sealed liquid cooling system (or custom built system for that matter) by many reviewers online. It is very simple to install and comes with a full color installation manual in 6 different languages (English, French, Italian, Spanish, German, Russian).
The pump has a life of 50,000 hours of use, so number of years would depend on how often you used it. We recommend shutting your system down when it is not in use. Our products typically outlast motherboards by 50%. They have a long life.
why is the radiator so thin compared to the H70? If I want to change the logo, I need to spend another $90 just for that? I was looking at reviews and realized for a WC unit, it doesn't cool better than a good air cooler..why is that? Megahalems and the TRUE120 easily beat the Vantage..I don't see the point to purchase a WC product for so much money yet it doesn't have a cooling benefit over air coolers.
Thank you for your questions. There are many reasons to go with a CoolIT liquid cooling solution over air coolers. For starters, they are much lighter in weight and don't cause strain on the motherboard like many air coolers do. They take up much less room in the chassis so you have better total airflow and a cooler PC overall. As well, our systems are designed as complete thermal management units so they assist in reducing heat throughout the computer, not just over the CPU.
Also, the advanced features of the Vantage ALC are worth it. It will warn you when there are problems with the unit or with the temperature of your CPU, and with the Maestro upgrade path you will have complete thermal control over all fans inside of your chassis from desktop software - something which an air cooler simply can't offer. Of course, it also has the added bonus of making your case look nicer with customizable LCD screen colors.
As for the radiator being thin...We've done extensive testing and discovered that there is no difference in performance between a thick rad and a thin one, so our radiators are thin to allow for excellent case compatibility and ease of installation. In terms of performance, our WC units easily compare to high end air coolers, but the biggest benefit is the advanced functionality and complete chassis cooling that I mentioned above. Thanks again for your questions!
Weird you should say that. H70 cools better than the Vantage. also larger radiators help dissipate heat better so you comment is baseless. I wouldn't get neither the H70/Vantage. when an all in one WC product that can cool better than a Prolimatech MegahalemTRUE120 is the day I buy one. If you're looking for a cheap cooler 4UR cpu then get the air coolers mentioned above. If you want a great WC kit that isn't expensive - XSPC Rasa 750 RS240 from frozencpu. com $130 !!!!!!!!!!!
Tho if you still live at home with mommy and daddy or in YOUR case daddy and daddy and are only given a $7 dollar alowance a week then sure I guess that would be a lot of money for you. HAHAHAHHAH
Good one, unlike you I make wise decisions in life. I can buy what I need thank you.
Soon the world will be one less asshole in the world.68YO fuck who has cancer. Just tell me where the burial will be when die, so I ass rape you while you're in the coffin, then I'll piss on your grave.
This is a long-standing debate in the industry. We wrote an excellent article on the matter, which explains why it is best to push the air out of the case, rather than pull the air into the case. I encourage you to read it from the Articles section of our website, located under the Community heading. Basically, our configuration not only reduces heat on the CPU, but also across all other components in the chassis. If you're going to buy a cooling solution it may as well cool everything.
"...You can't put the water in and you can't put the water out...!" so that liquid cooling system wasn't built to last? 'cuz that water is not going to last forever.
All of our products are built to withstand water vapour transmission loss (water loss) that you typically see in do-it-yourself builds. The rigid tubing and other trade secrets prevent both leakage and water loss, and the units can easily last over 50,000 hours. They are warrantied as well, so if you are worried about the water running out you can always get a replacement should this happen - though it really shouldn't.
All similar products come with the same warranty, that's just standard. We are incredibly high on customer service and want to ensure people are happy with our products. If problems arise, we encourage people to contact our support department whether their system is within its warranty or not.
@snaicli Yes you would be able to install the Vantage ALC using the rear 120 mm exhaust fan port. The only area of concern is how much room you have between the fan on the rear and the fan mounted for the top rear. It look like there is an inch of clearance which would be ample for the way the radiator tanks protrude above the top and bottom of the fan. This tank protrution is just over a half inch.
1: Most important feature of a cpu cooler is its cooling perfomance.
2: I like about Vantage ALC CPU cooler is that is comes with two fans, as this gives you option of less noise with one fan or the maximum cooling perfomance with two.
3:When making research on which CPU coolerto buy, i prefer to read and compare several reviews from the hardware reviewing websites.
1. Performance. I'm not into flash and would rather let the number shown in the temperature monitoring application do the talking.
2. It's universal for Intel folks.
3. Vendor websites to see what's available followed by manufacturer websites to see the exact specs followed by review website to get an idea of how it performs. I'm a budget builder so nothing gets my money unless it's worth it.
Accessed the contest through BCCHardware, FutureLooks, HardwareHeaven and PureOverclock last night.
NO doubt about it! This is the cooler which I will be getting later on. That price surprised me, (no pun intended) only 115 dollars! 3dgameman had a i7 @4 ghz, and max load was 60! :O
* What is the most important feature in a CPU cooler? cooling capability/noise level * What do you like most about the Vantage ALC (as seen in the video)? sleek and high tech. ease of use * What resources do you typically use to research CPU coolers when trying to make a decision on which one to buy (i.e. this website, magazines, friends and family, manufacturers website, etc.) anadtech, hardocp and tomshardware
Which website did you access this contest through? You actually need to post your entry on their website to win, as the contest is being run directly through the sites themselves.

Go to Toms Hardware website forum and find the Vantage Advanced Liquid Cooler contest.
Lastly, the display shows a temperature? Im guessing this is the temperature of the cooling liquid. Can you give examples of core temps while using the Vantage?
Pricing for Maestro is available on the website currently, at $89.99USD. Each Maestro USB node is mated to a Vantage through the software. Once the 2 are linked another Node cannot link to that particular Vantage. So it's best to do them one computer at a time, so only one system is seen at a time. Hope that helps!
That is correct, the display shows the temperature of the cooling liquid in the unit. Temperatures will vary depending on your system setup so we are often hesitant to provide temps, but the results we've seen have been exceptional. There are several reviews posted on our website that I recommend you check out, as they have core temps listed for each individual scenario and will show you a good range. Just click on Products - Vantage - Awards and Reviews tab.
Secondly, how easy is it to add the rad to my existing rear 120mm fan for the push-pull system and is this procedure illustrated in the manual?
Thirdly, the maestro is something I like the sound of. How much is this system going to be and how will the maestro 'remote' know which Vantage to control and vise versa? Example, using multi computer systems all with vantage might be problematic in induvidualy controlling cooling systems.
It's easy to mount a second fan to the Vantage as the second fan would go in the place of the duct, using the existing screws from the duct mount.

Ok, being honest I was moments away from placing an order for the Corsair H70. However something told me to do a bit more digging and I found some reviews for this product. I am VERY intreaged, however I have a few concerns I hope you can address.
Firstly, why would you want to take the HOT air from the chassis and pass it over the rad? Would reversing the fan to bring cool air from outside not yeld better cooling results? Continued...
Exhausting heat out of the chassis helps reduce peripheral component temperatures within the chassis as a whole, while yielding similar CPU temperatures to an intake configuration. We wrote an article about this that you're welcome to read in our About - Articles section of our website. The short of it is; we believe that a focus on the system as a whole is important, and so go for complete system cooling as opposed to just focusing on CPU temperatures.
Hi there. The Vantage is on route to retailers as we speak, so it should be available this week or next. We will be launching an announcement on our website, to our newsletter recipients (join our newsletter by entering your address at the bottom of our home page), and via Facebook.
corsair H70 will demolish this 1.. and The Noctua NH-14 kills H70 so what do i wanna say.. fuck this hibrid water cooling go with the good air cooling or get the costum watter cooling.. i can talk like this cus i had the H50, noctua nh-14 and at the moment im using H70 wich SUCKS ass!! :(
Sorry to hear of your frustrations with other factory-sealed water cooling systems. We like to think our products are unique. CoolIT Systems puts great emphasis on building high quality products that are very durable and well built, and which offer exceptional cooling.
Why on earth would you want warm case air getting pushed through as exhaust? surely cool air from outside being pushed in through the radiator is fare more beneficial ??????
Congratulations to gamerunner87, the winner of our Guess that Product contest! Thanks to everyone for playing. As always, your valuable insight and great comments fuel us to build constantly improving, exceptional products for the market.
Q2. I'm very like excellent cooling efficiency of your products. And one of the great properties is that it is easy to install all the systems. I don't like big and ugly things in my PC, because it must looks perfect inside. Design - is the next stop. Very futuristic! All blocks made in the same way, so it looks completely harmoniously. You can adjust the components' work exactly as you want. So, If your PC is very hot, you would like such products in these ways!
The Vantage is an exceptional product. It cools exceptionally well, and it also comes equipped with a great deal of functionality that no other cooler on the market can offer.
Any company that values the community above all else, works with them and creates high-quality products deserves lots of admiration which puts it way above the competition. They know exactly what the mainstream user wants, then caters for it. I have the highest regard possible for CoolIT, purely because of how it remembers the people that are buying their products.
Congratulations! You're the winner of a Vantage A.L.C. The competition was tough but we love what you've had to say about CoolIT Systems. You know us so well, and for that we think you deserve the prize.
CoolIT values the consumer even more than we value our products (and that's a lot!). You're what keeps our company going and encourages us to continue building the best products possible.
We'll contact you for your mailing address. Congrats again!
The other product is the very innovative GPU cooler the Omni.
I love CoolIT because they work with consumers and reviewers to create a product that is most useful to the end user. You will find CoolIT reps on many forums asking questions about what they would like to see improved in their products. A great example was removing the screen like they put on the Domino because many consumers said it obstructed side fans. CoolIT FTW, beats any Corsair copy any day!
What I was talking about was a few months ago, so I'm not going to just drive to a client house, remove their cpu cooler and ship it off for a couple of weeks because of some scratched paint, I already fixed the bent fins.
It was more of a comment that I've seen in a few other circles, other then that you guys are doing a good job and since you're Canadian I went with it over the corsair offering.
and you are encouraged to contact our customer support line (1-866-621-COOL (2665) ext. 236) should you wish to receive replacements on your ECOs. CoolIT is proud to report that fewer than 1 in 10,000 ECO units have failed to date, an we place a high emphasis on quality and customer service. Your feedback is incredibly important as it enables us to work towards building the best products, so thank you for sharing it with us!
I'm sorry to hear about the problems you had with bent fins on your ECO. We will gladly replace any units that have been compromised in such a way.
In regards to quality control, we have very close inspection in place for issues as the product comes off the assembly line and is packaged. Unfortunately radiator fins are very delicate and will sometimes get damaged during shipping. That is the nature of the beast. However, CoolIT is committed to replacing units that are damaged
very informative video, have just purchesed the msi big band xpower motherboard (am building first gaming rig) the question i have is this: have read loads on the internet and watched many videos on youtube about air cooling and liquid cooling, am a total begginer at this so what type of cooling would you recomend to this type of board?
Our products are definitely compatible with your motherboard. As a matter of fact, they would probably be a better fit than some of the larger high-end air coolers out there because with air coolers you risk blocking chipsets and other motherboard components. Our pumps are quite small in comparison and will fit very nicely in your system. I hope this answers your question but if you have any further questions, about anything, don't hesitate to ask!
EXTREMELY NICE !!! ... I like this concept ... The ECO is nice but this is even nicer. I will be a happy customer once again once I can get a hold of this little beauty :)
The other product is the Omni ALC for GPU cooling. I love CoolIT because they listen to the 'consumer'. For example the production of the Eco 240mm was encouraged by all the people wanting more awesomeness! This improves all their products. Also, I love the simplicity of installing their products, so even monkeys can set up a pc now!
The other product is the Omni alc system for GPUs.
I love CoolIT because they are very customer orientated, taking a lot of feedback from the community, such as the OCUK forums, and working with reviewers and consumers to further improve their products. CoolIT all the way!
Omni A.L.C. is shown but not mentioned, right ride of case.
what I love most about Coolit products is their simplicity and affordability.Bringing water cooling to the mainstream as someone else noted. I also like the maintenance free aspect

which 1 is better ? h50 h70 or this 1?
61899462 1 year ago
@61899462

Can I run this to suck air into the case instead of the other way round ie for cases that need more air pushed into the case before venting out the top.
coastercub71 1 year ago
@coastercub71 Should be able to, just unmount fan and turn around. This would cool the liquid better (resulting in lower cpu temps), but would also mean that you have a higher temp within your case (as the air absorbs the heat of the liquid).
Ultimately, the difference is unlikely to be massive, so I'd say try it out, see what happens.

The installation process on this cooler has been rated as the easiest of any fatory-sealed liquid cooling system (or custom built system for that matter) by many reviewers online. It is very simple to install and comes with a full color installation manual in 6 different languages (English, French, Italian, Spanish, German, Russian).

GICTechTV 1 year ago
@GICTechTV
The pump has a life of 50,000 hours of use, so number of years would depend on how often you used it. We recommend shutting your system down when it is not in use. Our products typically outlast motherboards by 50%. They have a long life.
CoolItSystems 1 year ago
why is the radiator so thin compared to the H70? If I want to change the logo, I need to spend another $90 just for that? I was looking at reviews and realized for a WC unit, it doesn't cool better than a good air cooler..why is that? Megahalems and the TRUE120 easily beat the Vantage..I don't see the point to purchase a WC product for so much money yet it doesn't have a cooling benefit over air coolers.
THEJEDEYEMASTER 1 year ago
@THEJEDEYEMASTER
CoolItSystems 1 year ago
@CoolItSystems
CoolItSystems 1 year ago
@THEJEDEYEMASTER
CoolItSystems 1 year ago
@THEJEDEYEMASTER
If you want a great WC kit that isn't expensive - XSPC Rasa 750 RS240 from frozencpu. com $130 !!!!!!!!!!!

aint u supposed to pull cold air on the radiator? if the hot air is being pushed on the radiator the water is warm no?
McWpl 1 year ago
@McWpl

1shotatu 1 year ago
@1shotatu
CoolItSystems 1 year ago
@CoolItSystems is the replacement free?

Would this system fit in a NZXT Phantom case with all fans installed?
snaicli 1 year ago

@Roscoe1724

Roscoe1724 1 year ago
@Roscoe1724

Roscoe1724 1 year ago
@Roscoe1724
Thanks!

Hi TheRoach2010,
Our products are definitely compatible with your motherboard.
