I love how there's all this "Wah wah this should've been a penalty blah blah blah" but...it was only game 5..Trust me, Vancouver got lucky just to win one game. They were dominated in this series.

I would just like to say both goals were fair.
1st Goal- Luongo did not have the puck and the canucks pushed moen into luongo so the reff didnt stop the play.
2nd goal-It was a clean hit and plus Luongo isnt a reff.
Better luck next year way to go ducks

I'd actually like to see these teams engage in a brawl similar to that between the Wings and the Aves back in 1997, with the 'Nucks beating the stuffing out of the Ducks,who need to pay for their Stanley Cup.
The only problem is, we'll need our guys to get bigger, stronger, and tougher, maybe add a few more tough guys not available from this 2006-07 run. And then we may avenge our newest foes en route to our first Stanley Cup. Who'd like to see Luongo beating up Gigure (literally)?

WRONG twins. As much as I hate it (yes I wanted the Nucks to win) it was actually clean. Look at it in close-up slow mo and you'll see that it was a shoulder hit and NOT an elbow. So it was a rough but fair hit. Again as much as I hate to admit it. Luongo played so amazing. Sad it ended that way. Not fair.

No they werent. Luongo did not have the puck and the canuck players pushed travis moen onto luongo. The reff doesnt have to stop the play just because the canucks crash their own net to stop the play. It was a fair goal, they both were.

Don't know about you, but I've been here since the start -- the Kings and Montreal in the finals got me watching hockey, then the Ducks entered the league. Watched the Ducks ever since. Usually took a lot of crap for it too.
Here we are, 14 years later. Cup winners. Can't say that about the Kings now, can we?

One thing though: had Burke signed Bertuzzi prior to winning the cup, and had the Ducks not been ruled what is supposed to have been an illegal win, I would've rooted for them to win the Cup, assuming they legally beat us later in the series.
