Hi. About what you have wrote, it has nothing about averaging more points than Ricky. It has to be with the very goal of a PG: to allow all his team mates to play basketball. And better than that, to improved their qualities as a players. And Ricky Rubio is the only one I can see is actually allowing that to happen. Kyrie is a VERY GOOD player, but NBA has lots like him. If you try to find out another Rubio, you will end up with Rubio, no other similar to him now-a-days.
