  • awesome video! Good job :)

  • insurence is fascinating i'm sure they'll all be happy to hear your advice...

  • I have to agree with artysm7 and other similar comments. The principle of collecting cards ok, that can work, not a problem, but like he/she said, I don't that a Doctor would read a report, maybe another market would do so but a Doc, I don't think so. But like nburmandesign said, who has used these techniques successfully? Then we will know for sure.

  • Thanks Mike the video is very insightful and informative.I can see how this will increase my lead generation, and thus increase my closing of my new found prospects.Thank you,and keep-up the excellent work you are doing...Oh,Mike I'm sure all the real salespeople who have a deep hunger, not only to close more clients, but to increase their passion as well, when serving the public .Thanks again.

  • "get more calls than you NEED to" ?

    no such thing my friend......

  • The most effective salemanship technique is to find out what people (doctor or whoever) really need and wrap your product around it - you have 25% chance of being listened to. However, the actually selling is now down to your persuasive powers.

  • It's a good approach, but let's be a little realistic:

-Many office bldgs have 'no solicit' signs; getting a biz card is soliciting

-People today don't read emails (less than 2%)

-"it's not a cold call because you sent them an email." No, it's still a cold call...because if they never opened it or know who you are.

-Email/Direct marketing studies show response rates (not open rates) are about .02% (less than 1%).

Albeit a good approach; lets not 'over sell' the expectations here!

  • I would love to hear from anyone who has tried this. I do something similar, by writing letters. Letters are harder to delete than emails.

  • I am an Interior Designer who is extremely talented has a strong work ethic, An awesome resume/ portfolio,And my own Origanally Designed Showroom,So please tell me what to do in this economy when tere are no houses being built , bougtht or sold. My job is a luxury to the consumer / clients and people are not spending their money on this luxury. Your sales tec is nothing I havent done before. I need somthing new / inovative / avaunt gaurd...

  • no doctor would read this let alone call you.

  • @artysm7 Yeah I have to agree with you. But let's see if anyone has used these techniques successfully.

  • @robsylspiller yeah and 2 hours to get 60 docs to hand over their info, that's one every 2 minutes....hmmmm yeah right he'd struggle to get 20 in 2 hours given conversation/ interuptions/ inconveniences/ rejections etc...

  • Awesome!, Thanks

  • Kinda how you're positioning yourself as an expert in the field of sales by posting this video so people come to your website to buy your book/course/whatever?

  • While I agree completely with the video, I have found that in the real world that the technique is not as good as it looks, damned laziness make that people do not read the report. Laziness and indifference are the most criminal foes of the salesman.

  • Real actionable information in this video!

One of the best sales videos I've seen so far on YouTube.
