  • bloody waste of time. still, better than expert village videos

  • 5 min and 32 sec of my life that is wasted and i will never get back... wow...

  • WTF!!! YOU CANT MAKE MONGOLIAN BEEF WITH FUCKING CHINESE RECIPE! STUPID FATHER FUCKERS!

  • what the hell was that? I just wasted 5 minutes and 32 seconds of my life!

  • wheres the mongolian beef???

  • Dat is not a MONGOLIAN BEEF! and there is no FUCKING CHINESE RECIPE for MONGOLIAN BEEF! DUUHHHHHHHHHH

  • This is a great video for the complete beginner. Basic tips like how to safely remove and store oil is never covered, I guess because it's common sense, but I'm a fan of to much info over to little, It also sets a new cooks mind in the right frame to think for themselves about what is for now, a foreign subject, cooking.

  • you damn mongolians keep knocking down shiitty wall

    fuck u mongolians

  • did you make this video for the people who got mental problems that don't know how to put oil into another container??? That was stupid

  • People do not know where to place the oil after they cook a meal. Some might think to place the oil in something else. We have seen place suggest to dump the oil down the drain.

  • @wokfusion i laways tip my old oil over my neighbours driveway ,,they keep taking their cars the get them repaired and it costs them a fortune ,,its fucking hilarious when it rains one of their brats fell over last week and broke her ankle i pissed myself laughing when i heard ,,,they have put their house up for sale and are moving but i wil do the same at the new house ,,i love torturing these motherfuckas

  • @ergejtorohguinegen a LOT of people don't know how to save/dispose properly their used up frying oil. you're pretty stupid if you didn't know that.

  • @devastaticon then this video should've been named after that. How to dispose used oil. Dont u think so? That means u r stupid

  • @ergejtorohguinegen agreed with it

it should've been named like how to dispose used oil and how to fry the freakin rice thingie and the beef

  • YOUR CHINESE..AND THERES NO SUCH THING AS MONGOLIAN BEEF.....UR MAKING CHINESE FOOD BITCH..!!! MONGOLIAN BEEF DOES NOT EXIST...SO QUIT MAKING SHITtt UP!!!

  • So what if he has a chinese accent? I'm from Bosnia, born in denmark, And i love chinese people, huge respect for' em. They're very spiritual people, and they're all believers. So why complain about their accent, when the english is perfectable understandable? Please don't be so primitive. I thank god for destroying racism, though it will always be there because of cunts.

  • Wrong. Greasy. Keep your video.

  • i can sense a Chicago accent from this cook.

  • I've always envied Chinese style wok cooking. They cook fast and they make fantastic noodles/rice sticks recipes. I've tasted food all over from Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines and Chinese expertise in cooking noodles is unprecedented.

  • what about the beef?!!!! ahhhh!

  • that guy talked funny

  • One thousand one, One thousand two

That's how I count, and so do you,

you make the beef, but when you're done,

the cow will know, your stomach's won.

  • What a load of crap....stupid video

  • Where's the beef, man? All that yada yada about the oil...and not much about the Mongolian beef. Sheesh.

  • Just put your finger in it.....if it gives you third degree burns then its hot enough.

  • Dang that rice noodle expansion was so cool hahaha

  • are u a safety officer? or a cook?

  • im Mongolian, but 1st time i saw this food, its Not Mongolian food!

  • Ok, Chinese Mongolian beef is not really what Mongolians eat. That being said, it is a dish inspired by Mongolian culture. Cut him some slack, will you?

  • I don't know. If I want to make Mongolian Beef, I would want to know how they really made it. So far all the videos I've seen featured an Anglo version of the recipe.

  • i can show u if u live in China, im study in China

  • Just because your Mongolian doesn't mean you know your food

Im cambodian.. I eat Cambodian food ALL THE TIME, but there's something thats ALWAYS new.

  • i know my own country's food, and i know how it make!!!

  • Im American.....gimme some chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and APPLE PIE!!!!

  • that's right man.. think big.. there is a great big world outside of America with a rich diversity of food. I find chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and apple pie ok for a day. Then it gets boring. I would rather have more refined European and Asian food than some peasant food which is good now and then

  • Great video very helpful.

    Thanks

  • paddster16, you are the biggest idiot!

    HaHa...

  • What are you talking about? It's a very slight Chinese accent. I did not even know about this until someone told me.

  • lol ya sounds like he learned english from a guy with a heavy chicago accent

  • @pss710 no. he learned english with some kind of chicago or midwestern american accent. the accent is american

  • Screw it... Im buying the video. I love mongolian beef & would love to make my own. Looks pretty EZ.

  • hey could you please finish the video, cause the food really looks good. thx

  • The entire video in found on our Master Chef training videos.

  • did you just fry ramen in there?

  • What kind of oil is used primarily in chinese cooking?

  • You can use multiple types of oils in Chinese cooking such as vegetable, peanut, and olive oil. Each of these have different consistency and thickness which allows you to cook your meals quickly.

  • uh? what this is all about? why upload a half cooked stuff...?

  • It's just a preview of the dish. I can only show a portion of the video since YouTube limits that amount of time to be used on video.

  • alright... thanks... hmmm can you make the cooking more concise so that we could see the whole procedure

  • Video limit is 10 minutes, this video is only 5 minutes? Plus if the whole recipe is longer just upload into parts like 1-2-3-4.

  • A thermometer has always worked for me..lol!

  • Yes, you can actually use a cooking thermometer to test what temperature your oil is at.

  • where do I buy rice sticks from? we had an oriental store that got torn down. i'm wondering , does wall-mart or any other convenient store have these?

  • I don't think that Walmart sells rice sticks. You may have to go to Asian or Chinese grocery or food store to get this. You may need to go to large city or town that has an Asian community. Try a other Asian stores like Indian, Thai, Japanese grocery stores as well.

  • no problem man. I found them at Wal-Mart. Heck I even bought Hoisen Sauce and Won Ton wraps at walmart. i made some really mean Crab Rangoon they tasted and looked amazing! it was so simple.. and ALTHOUGH iM NOT making mongolian chicken yet cuz I dunno how I friend some rice sticks and they puffed up lol it was fun

  • all the crap you see at the resturants are simply americanized chinese

  • ur right

  • could you please please publish full video?-

  • This "Mongolian Beef" is 100 per cent chinese.

I just don't get it why they decided to call it "mongolian"

  • looks good, thanks
