I am sure there's a huge difference between this car and the SSC civic. But is it much more scarier then the civic? Is it also much harder to drive a stronger car then a lower horsepower car?

Yes. The civic doesn't go fast enough to generate any aerodynamic lift. I was absolutely amazed at how different 175mph felt from 150mph. It's a significantly larger jump then 125-150.
