For at least one game I think Hawaii should use a throwback uniform of the rainbow warrior uniform I like the uniform's we have but nothing wrong with these classic uniform.

The fumblerooski was outlawed not long after this game. To answer qmitch2, Ofensive Coordinator Paul Johnson left and took understudy (former UH QB Ken Niumatalolo) with him to Navy. That left no one with the expertise to properly run the triple option spread for Hawaii. After several disappointing seasons, Bob Wagner was replaced as head coach in the mid-'90s by a regime that was possibly the worst in UH history, before June Jones finally resurrected Hawaii with the Run & Shoot offense in '99.

These uniforms are my favorite in the history of college football. If i ever started a pee-wee team or HS team, I would copy these uni's exactly. They look even better with the green pants with rainbow stripe going down the side. Why did change they logo anyway? These uni's dont have nothing to do with being gay or supporting gay rights. When I see them, I see very colorful & unique uniforms!!!

I used to play Bill Walsh College Football on Sega Genesis back in '92. I use to wonder how did Hawaii get on that game. But I see now. Illinois had a good team that year & got crushed by Hawaii. On the video game QB#3 (Carter) was super fast. Even when video sports games were way slower in gameplay compared to now, that dude was fast. Can somebody please tell me what happen to Hawaii after '92? How did get so bad in the 90's? They're offense looked unstoppable & the defense played with heart!

Keep in mind this was in 1992. My gut feeling is that this play in essence is now illegal.
