@brikrantz Right on. That's what I'm talkin' about. Good music & cooking up some grub is an almost perfect combination. Add your favorite beverage & it just doesn't get any better.
@crimsionprincess88 The trick to cooking isn't being able to follow a recipe, it's got much more to do with understanding the technique and making your own recipe. Make it your recipe & it'll be better than anything I could ever cook for you. Never be afraid to experiment with ingredients you like.
@rolet18 I usually eat them as they are. The simple seasonings I used allow the flavors of the fish to really shine. I have built sauces for salmon. What I usually do is mix 2/3 Tiger Sauce to 1/3 water and deglaze the pan. Add 1Tbsp butter & let the sauce reduce by half. Makes a great sauce. If gona make a sauce, don't use a non-stick pan so you can develope fond on the bottom of the pan. Lots of flavor. Thanks for watching & commenting.
@jared8455 I've never prepared squid before. I've had Calamari (battered & fried) & loved it, but never found squid in the grocery store before. Glad to hear the Tuna Steaks turned out great. Thanks for the feedback.
