@zigsauer The Sumerians predate the Greeks, Egyptians, Romans, etc. Their civilization gave rise to Mesopotamia and Babylon, all of which were located in the Fertile Crescent, aka "the Garden of Eden", present day Iraq & Iran. The Sumerians had the first written language. The "creation story" in the Bible is based on Sumerian written records but the Book of Genesis is a grossly mistranslated Cliff Notes version. Example: ADAM = Mankind; EVE = a Living Person; SIN = Corruption.

@IDV82atl I don't think sumeria predates egypt,simple because teh pyramids predate anything known in Sumeria.Not to mention the pyramids were a fairly young civilization in reference to then nile civilization.

@IDV82atl Lets aslo keep in perspective that Nimrod who ruled Babylon was from Kush.The middle east was not known as that until the Europeans came along and gave it that name.Before it was known as north east africa. You can even study the history of tectonic plates.Before the arabs conquered the middle east was considered to be on the african plates.

@IDV82atl If we look at the assyria: seige of lachish on the British musuem site we can see who these judeans were.But once again the bible says Ham had Kush,phut,mizraim,and canaan. According to scholars this is africa. But last tiem I checked they say canaan is the middle east. Not so.This is False scholarship.

@IDV82atl Nimrod was also known as Osirus.Why I haven't a clue although there is some correlation.So nimrod the king of Babylon son of kush also has ties to Egypt.I'm thinking these places were like empires instead of just kingdoms.Adam means red according to most scholars.One thing that is not kept in consideration is what was red to the ancients is not red to us. Look up a red heifer.Tell me what color of people does it resemble.Red heifer and adam have the same hebrew word.
