the video you just saw was a comic strip which i found at marvel comics U.K. Tansformers Generation 1 Seasons 2 to 3. Even I was surprised the first time I saw it. its cool man. I really like the dinobots and also check Transformers Generations Comic on the Segments of Dinobot Islands. There was another dinobot named Paddles. He is the sixth dinobot and the most gentlest but unloved by his fellow dinobots. he transforms into a robot elasmosaurus.

It was illustrated by Dylan Gibson, an artist from Ireland, and was commissioned by Metrodome. The Beast's name was indeed 'The Beast'.
