@Griffers02 First of all, you can't call an entire organzation out on what two lowly grunts did out of frustration and anger.

Second, they had come to the conclusion that sometimes, force will be required, and they, as humans, aren't going to stand up to Pokemon by themselves. Also, you have no proof that they captured anything. A Grunt in N's Castle says that he stole his. Who's to say the same doesn't go for everybody?

@Cornbread395 Well, the Sages were following Ghetsis' facade of Pokemon freedom, so they themselves did not want to appear hypocritical. Therefore, they controlled no Pokemon.

The Shadow Triad might own Pokemon, since Ghetsis did; maybe they just didn't use them.

And then there's Black 2 and White 2 coming out eventually. They're not just alternate versions but direct sequels. Perhaps they will reveal something of interest regarding the Triad.
