  • Oh hello! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my cooworker got hot Six pack abs and lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • @rockcityaudio It's not wrong. It's healthy to do water fasts. I'm not saying it's always healthy and that its not dangerous, cause it is, but if you do it the right way it can help you so much.

  • Honestly, I'm 47 years old and what you are doing is wrong, however its your body and your life.

good luck and hope god keeps you well.

  • you may be anaemic.this is totally the wrong way to get healthy.eat fresh veggies and salads and some fruit.do not eat any wheat, flour or any other stuff.simple.you need to eat,or you will get really sick.

  • @rockcityaudio This is absolutely what my body needed. Im not defending water fasting for anyone, but for me specifically it is the only thing that has ever helped me reset my metabolism. Above that, I healed from female problems, lost a lot of weight, and I have kept it off. I went through some very rough detoxing and healing crises during the fast and it was hard on me, but it was the best thing I have ever done. I agree with the wheat and flour comment. They are terrible for us! TY4comments!

  • meat isn't making you fat it's bread and sugar

  • @nightrain50 I cut out bread and sugar a long time ago. I agree!

  • You are beautiful regardless of the weight, but Ive been noticing obsesity is a growing phenomenon, Im trying to understand it. I do believe it is so ramped because everything is so close so we barely walk like we are actually designed to, and we all spend WAY to much time on the computer & just sitting being inactive. Try to have really pumpin' music on all the time and dance around as much as possible. Just be like a child! Get a dog and take it for lots of walks too! :) Love to you bumblebee

  • @juliachildsvoice I am actually guessing that high fructose corn syrup and wheat/grains have a lot to do with obesity. I just don't believe we were meant to eat all these grains, and wheat being a big part of that, even whole wheat. I agree with the sitting in front of computer thing.. I was amazed when I came to Israel and saw so many people walking everywhere. In the States, someone would stop and ask if you needed a ride if they saw you walking. Take care & Thanks for the comments!

  • Hey! I'm just starting a water fast today. So far I'm really hungry, but I need to do this! When does the hunger go away? I am 21 and almost 250 lbs :( use to be 170 a year ago so I would love to be that size again if not smaller! Would love to email chat with u or fb. Let me know :) btw u look great!

  • @mdailey990 Hi there. Congrats on starting a water fast. The hunger will come and go but be the strongest during the first 3 days. Once you pass this stage, you are pretty much only going to face mental hunger which is not real. Friends and family will say you're starving yourself and need to eat. You will say that you went x amount of days and you deserve to eat. Don't fall for it. Good luck!

  • You should try to juice fast instead.Your body is to weak to water fast for now.Get a juicer and start juicing! Celery juice is a healer for acid reflux! Use mostly vegetables and a few low sugar fruits like lemons and granny smith apples. You will get LOTS of nutrients and it will heal your body. When your body is stronger you will water fast once or twice a week. You can also buy green powders to put in your water it will alkalize your whole body and flush acidic waste.

  • @valwensley Thank you very much for your suggestions. I tried juice fasting but it isn't for me. I did 10 days and lost 10 pounds, but I was too interested in real foods. Its easier to water fast to be honest, but I do have juices about twice a week it seems now. I am 100% raw since new years. Will try going 30 days and see how that fairs. Thanks a lot!

  • It's great to see you take control of your weight and be conscient about making a change not only for how you look buy for your health with the raw food diet. Remember that most people go 80/20 (meaning they eat raw 80% of the time) including most of my friends who are serious raw-foodists.

I don't have a weight issue, although I had gained weight and am slowly losing it. I cannot imagine how it would feel to have so much to lose, so congratulations for getting up and getting it done!!

  • AAAAAHHHHH! You look so good! Im so proud of you! I wish you all the best for the future. :)

  • I love WoW! what server are you on?

  • @Blackbarbietea I'm on Malfurion

  • @Blackbarbietea Hey there. We played on Azshara and then after that server died, our group of friends transferred to Sargeras. Wish I were playing still. I miss my good buddies there, but it wouldn't be a good idea to get up at 2am to raid =)

  • Girl!!!! Wow! Our stories are soooooo similar!!! My top weight was 315 at 5'3"! My daughter and I are gamers as well... Wish I had more time! I am so impressed with how Adonai is working in and through you and, yes, it is amazing when you see a leading 1 on the scale for the first time in forever! I'm still hovering in the mid to high 190's but am just about ready to finish this up! Thank you for being a MAJOR encouragement!

  • @RawMi68 Oh you game too haha. That's great. We have been playing LOTRO for a while now just casually. We haven't made a single friend in game in over a year. It's just not the same as WoW was. Plus, were on a European server and there are literally all languages spoken in game. Funny sometimes.

  • Love you hat!! Shalom

  • Aww you met your husband on WoW that is wayyy too cute and even when you were 300+ you were still very cute and pretty. Your smile is amazing and your eyes are so gorgeous!

  • @Pawkit WoW yeah!! Wish the game was like it used to be. Anyway, thanks for the kind comments!

  • You are beautiful! I love the way you do your video blog, not pretending to be a know it all just relating your experience. I enjoy listening, to you and your honest, frank, discussion. Best of luck to you with your weight release. Just remember, you are still beautiful as you are.

  • I forgot to add I started out my weight loss a year and 4 months ago at 277 pounds. I am now 155 pounds. my goal is 130 I am 5'4 you are doing a great job!

  • @phorcydes Hey, I subbed to your channel. You will have to vlog more about how you lost the weight. I am currently doing things to lose weight right now to get down to 180 pounds. I haven't weighed that for about 20 years.

  • your video is so honest. I have no clue what people are talking about clearer mind. I swear I am so dumb when I water fast. I can't talk right I can't type right I can't spell for shit when I water fast. and I start bruising real bad on my legs at about day 8 of a water fast. I don't know what that is about either. uhg and so cold all the time too. I have never made it as far as you have. I have never made it past 10 days. But I drop so much weight in that time. 12 pounds in 7 days my last fast.

  • @phorcydes Intermittent fasting seems to be helping a lot of people. I am juice fasting right now and I'm dropping the weight just as fast as I did with a water fast, except no bad side effects. The detoxing is quite a bit slower though. This could be a good thing or a bad thing depending on what you want. At least I'm not in bed all day sick though. Good luck on your future fasts. They are so good for you. No one could ever tell me different!

  • thumbs up - israeli army hat :) n yeh water diet can be really sickening :s

  • thumbs up if u just skip to the end where the pics at

  • @candykisses302 Hmm. that's not really nice is it?

  • I have nothing but respect for you !!!! You are courageous.

  • @zollnerillusion Thanks a lot! I'm doing a juice fast right now. Are you water fasting?

  • Excellent job! Keep up the good work. You will get there'

  • I did 10 days on the Master Cleanse and I can testify to the "clarity of thought" people talk about having during fasts. It's less of 'clear thinking' than it is 'deeper thinking'. I actually started to see things about myself different than ever before, and started to lose a lot of the cares and stress I normally experienced, and replaced them with a sense of new purpose and happiness.

I also ran a 10k on day 7 of the cleanse, whereas the most I'd ever run before that was 3 miles.

  • I think you were beautiful in all the pics no matter what your size was! Your smile just shows what a happy person you are. Good luck with your fast.

  • I want you to know that your pictures are NOT scary! You were beautiful then and still are! Keep up the good work. Congrats on finding love, no matter how far away it was! Im waiting for my prince to find me! Will continue watching your videos

  • You are beautiful before and now !

  • Thank you for sharing your story. It made me feel very encouraged on so many levels. You get to live in Israel! How cool is that?! God bless you and keep up with the fasting. I'm doing it here in America with you...day three.

  • You are right, I was researching water fast videos because of nicotine cleansing anyway, my comment was rude, i apologize, good luck on your fast, sorry onve again!.

  • @Kludwick83 Thank you for that. It is easy to be negative and everyone does it, but it is hard to apologize and no one does it, so thanks for standing up.

  • Did JEW eat yet? Take off that israel Army hat....Deutschland über Alles in Der Welt!.

  • @Kludwick83 Why do you go to weight loss videos and make rude comments to the person? Life really is not that bad, and trying to make others feel bad will not help your situation.

  • coffee enemas really help with taking the toxins out fast. i get no symptoms this way.

  • I think you are gorgeous! I lost 115 lbs in 11 months in 2006. I never thought I could do it, but I did, all by myself. I just ate 1300 calories a day and did pilates (a $5 dump bin DVD from wal mart). I've even kept it off and I was always heavy. I hope this will help. When I fast I always gain it all back, plus more. I think you are beautiful and I wish you the best of luck on your weight loss journey : )

  • Wow good for you girl congrats and may god bless you and ur family always !!

  • @cindyrachel100 Well thanks a whole lot and the same to you =)

  • NICE ONE.

  • Hi, I watche dyour video, I do not have weight problems BUT!!! I have to give you a big compliment a very big one how you managed everything. You should be very proud of yourself to get that strengh to g that far. Congratulations. There is a book I recommend you "RawSome" from Brigitte Mars as I am a big YOGA instructor and we all know each other thats my friends mother. By it and get the best knowledge in the world for your healt. I wish you all the best

  • so what exactly is the point in doing these fasts? please respond.

  • @DeniseeRaee People fast for different reasons. I had every reason to fast. Spiritual, emotional, and health reasons. This is the fastest way to detox your body, letting your body tear down damaged tissues and release toxins, and one of the quickest ways to lose weight.

  • You're videos are so inspiring! You're beautiful either way. Keep up the good work!

  • But what killed me the MOST was the nausea...like OMG, that's what made me stop at 25 days. I just couldn't take anymore of that nasty taste in my mouth and just being sick to my stomach I was just miserable. I wasn't hungry past 4 days I was in full ketosis and I did enjoy the results I got. I'm aiming for another water fasting journey starting very soon. You inspired me to push forward, I can see that you are a very nice person and even though I don't know you..I'm proud of you.

  • @KissesGallore Yeah, I know, right? All those toxins coming out of you! I went on a fast again recently but had to stop after a week because my kidneys were hurting me so bad that I couldn't sleep. I still believe that fasting was one of the best things I have ever done for myself and I'm a big fan of it. As long as you don't go crazy while breaking your fast, and you don't get depressed when you gain weight right afterward (because you WILL!) you'll be golden! TYVM for your nice comments. GL2Y!

  • "That mental clarity that everyone talks about..I have no idea what they're talking about" LMAO you made me laugh so hard at that part because I agree with you! I first started fasting with the master cleanse, first time around I lasted 14 days I caved in and ate lol it was horrible. I tried making several more attempts after that but kept failing everytime after the first few days. Just about a year ago I started my first water fast and lasted 25 days. I've been through so many downs...

  • wow you are amazing..!! i mean it..on july 4th...i am going to start my fast..u r very inspiring..and @ the end of my fast i hope to share my story..!! and let me tell the haters sumthing...U HATE BECAUSE UR UNHAPPY WITH UR SELF!!!..girl keep up the good good work and update..:)...p.s haters mean ur doing sumthing good..;)

  • @nastaija9 Thanks a lot. Yeah, haters give interesting feedback. I just wanted to wish you good luck on your fast. Hang in there even when it gets tough, but know that it is not shameful to stop if you feel you must. You have to really listen to your body and that is hard to do because sometimes our thoughts are much louder. I have completely changed my metabolism for the better because of this fast and I believe this is the best thing I have ever done for myself. Blessings and best wishes 2u!

  • very proud of you. keep it up!

  • Thanks for the informative video! ...and why are people always first and uppermost negative and like to put down someone is sad. I see nice, strong willed, committed person who even got step further to share her experience for others like me to appreciate.

  • THANKS SO MUCH FOR SHARING. I had been thinking about doing the fast too, currently I am juicing and thats working. losing between 3-4 lbs a day. I can't wait to see your other videos, I feel like i know you, you know how it is when you look at pictures of family there are so nice, you feel you know them.

  • Holy shit damn... you looked like you ate a walrus.

  • @digitalPimple This, I am aware. Thanks.

  • @digitalPimple, what pain did you experience as a child or make you want to perpetuate negative energy like that? I think you need a hug.

  • @thewaterfalloflove

Au contraire my dear, anyone who views everything in terms of positive or negative energy in expression holds far more personal pain then most they accuse.

    Am I right "Waterfall-of-love"? ;)

  • @digitalPimple, that's psych 101 garbage. I'm not surprised you took phycology classes to try to figure yourself out. You do realize books were written by people who came up with this stuff on their own right. How about coming to your own conclusions about why you're so negative and what you can do to change it. I believe you have the intelligence for that.

  • your body is going through another stage of detox

  • your hat is offensive , take it off and you'll see the mental clarity . nothing personel though .

  • @decentstamina My husband is in the IDF air force and I am very proud of that. You do not live here and do not see what is going on here, but keep sitting in your recliner making rude comments about a different countries necessary military. +1......

  • dose your stomach grumble alot durnig the fast?

  • @0907Sb0907 The only hungry stage really happens in just the first 3 days. If you pass that, you're golden. My stomach never rumbled.

  • @Ineedmorelives yeah after the 1st 3 days it does get alot easier, i did the master cleanse for 12 days and i am mad that i broke the fast, today is day 2 of the water fast and so far so good, im trying to go 48 days..thanx for the video.

  • Never start a fast ill advised and never go off what others sy cause everyone experiences something different.I did a 21 day fast and i was sharp on everything but 40 day fast takes mental preparation reading and the biggest is prayer. Take care! U need to stop if ur going through negative changes, its not for eveyone.

  • Never start a fast ill advised and never go off what others sy cause everyone experiences something different.I did a 21 day fast and i was sharp on everything but 40 day fast takes mental preparation reading and the biggest is prayer. Take care!

  • Great job!!!

  • You should pretty up even in days u feel your worst, to me it's modivation, makes feel better at least in the outside. Cuz as it is it's going to be something hour going to want to do after you loose the weight.

  • U SHOULD TRY JUICE FAST FOR FEW DAYS

  • thank u for sharing

  • You should try making fresh juice once or twice a day to see if that helps with the energy issue. I've been doing a combination water / juice fast with no negative side effects and still dropping weight.

  • @blasko229 Yeah I am planning on juicing, but I'm just being lazy right now. When I was drinking 1 glass of carrot juice a day at the first sign of real hunger, I had more energy than if I would have drank a pot of coffee.

  • @Ineedmorelives what i did on my fast is i would eat just a couple of grapes a day. or 2 strawberries. It helps alot. Or drink some herbal teas. Nettle tea would be great for you. It is loaded with vitamins. There is no shame in taking something in. I had talked to an expert on this, and he said that it is ok to eat just a couple of pieces of fruit, or juice, or tea. Something. I am all about long fast, but it sounds like you need something in that belly.

  • This was only out of concern for you and others considering water-fasting, I am not attempting to criticize you in any way. I think you're very beautiful and I'd hate to see something bad happen to someone that was just trying to get healthier. I realize you’re not water-fasting anymore, which is a relief to me. I have lived a raw food lifestyle before and I loved it…hope you enjoy it as well!!

  • @realitytweeter If you were anorexic, you were most likely thin. I have never been thin and I have NO chance of entering "starvation mode". Fasting and starvation mode are completely opposite things. Even if I dropped 100 more pounds, I would not be in danger of entering starvation mode from a 40 day fast. I do appreciate your concern, but fasting to heal and starving yourself due to anorexia are not the same thing at all. Also, dieticians do not hold all the answers, your body does, so listen!

  • @Ineedmorelives Actually starvation mode can happen to an underweight, healthy weight, or overweight person. It doesn't have to do with your reserves, but rather your caloric intake. This is why so many people find they lose more weight and keep it off long-term when the weight loss is gradual and the body is being properly fed. The slow weight loss you mentioned is evident of your body being in starvation mode at that time.

  • @Ineedmorelives The fluctuations in weight loss (slowly and then a sudden 4lb loss) are water weight fluctuations, as in order to lose 4lbs in 1 day you would have to have a 14,000 calorie deficit for that day, or run 4 or 5 marathons in one day. That weight probably was actual weight that you lost, just that water weight hid that loss until the day you saw it. Weighing yourself everday won't give you an accurate picture due to the fluctuations and can actually be discouraging.

  • @Ineedmorelives I would aim to weigh yourself once a week, in the morning before eating or drinking, and wearing the same clothes (or nothing), just to get a better idea. If you think about it in terms of a graph, if you zoom in you might see a bunch of increases and decreases, increases and more decreases, but if you zoom out, you can see the general direction your weight is heading.

  • @Ineedmorelives Remember hun, fat reserves don't have the minerals and vitamins your body needs DAILY to function properly. And calorically, your body's organs still need a minimum of 1200 healthy calories to function properly (of which won't be taken from your reserves as your body enters starvation mode). Again, I'm not trying to attack you...quite the opposite! I can see how determined you are and I want to make sure I don't stand by and watch someone harm their body or lose their life. <3

  • @Ineedmorelives good response. "starvation mode" is a big myth.

  • If you’re concerned with credibility, I have had 4 dieticians who taught me so much. I struggled with anorexia for about 10 years & while you may think that’s different, your side effects and mood were identical to mine when I was fasting. One of my dieticians explained to me that the human body needs a minimum amount of calories (around 1200, depending on weight and body fat percentage) just for its organs to function properly.

  • Even with fat reserves, water fasts are dangerous. Yes, your body will turn to stored fat to fuel itself but it is not receiving the nutrition it needs…it can’t get that from body fat. Your body needs all three macronutrients to survive: fats, carbohydrates, and protein. Your body needs vitamins and minerals too.

  • You mentioned some side effects you were having… Acid reflux, no energy, bruising, cognitive impairments (lack of mental clarity, for ex.) colder body temperature, impaired immune response (easier to get sick, and the illness may last longer than normal and/or may turn dangerous). All of these are side effects of starvation mode, which results in your body’s metabolism becoming extremely slow.

  • While I commend your efforts to reach a healthier you, water-fasting is not only dangerous, but will eventually work against you. When you water fast, your body enters starvation mode & yes, you lose weight from fat, muscle, & mostly water mass. Your metabolism slows to a crawl which makes weight drop VERY slowly, as well as causes your body to focus on storing any nutrients it receives after your fast. This is why so many people gain all of the weight back immediately following a water fast.

  • Hi:) I just want to say I congratulate you on your choice to get healthy, you are already a beautiful girl! Good luck on your journey, looks like there are alot of people rooting for you...

  • YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY TRY THE EASY WAY DIET, YOU WILL SEE AMAZING RESULTS, YOU CAN GO TO THE IMPATIENT DIETER'S YOUTUBE CHANNEL AND SEE HER ENTIRE WEIGHTLOSS JOURNEY

  • Are u doing distilled water with bentonite clay enemas? U may have some blockage in your digestive tract. Be sure to use purified water.. NOT TAP, IMHO. Also consiter getting lymphatic massage.. or at least a deep tissure or swedish massage. Also consider doing stretching to help move things around in your body fluides and to help break up things that cud be blocking channels.

  • & if you weren't doing water enemas, that's most likely what was causing the bruising, sickness, & acid reflux. it's icky, & hard to do if there are always people around, but CRUCIAL for flushing out the toxins that your body expels there, since you're not eating anything to push them out. otherwise, you just reabsorb them back into your bloodstream :( i had BAD reflux & felt like crap until i started enemas, & then felt like a new person. water fasts should never ever be done without them!

  • 25 pounds makes an amazing difference on you... you look wonderful! & eating raw, you'll surely reach your goal & then some. it's a wonderful, but time-consuming commitment! & don't get frustrated by the challenges of the raw lifestyle, when you encounter them– if you can do an extended water fast, you can do anything!

  • You look pretty and Im sure you will look even more gorgeous once your fast is complete. Any new updates?

I am about 50 pounds over weight and 5'7, just started a 7 day water fast, hoping to lose 15+lbs.

  • water fasting is not for everyone, there are lots of things u should know.i almost died of multiple organ failure due to water fasting.and i was in perfect health when i started it.

  • @lorelei1992 It's definitely not for everyone, but if you have a lot of fat reserves like I do, it's pretty safe; especially when you listen to your body. If I had been so ill that I thought I was in serious trouble, I would not have completed it. I knew I could go well beyond 40 days, but chose to stop there. I think it was a great start to my raw diet that I am on now.

  • I love Blind Melon i was really happy to hear you play them on here! great job!

  • Are you Jewish?

  • @attemptingtobehumble No, I'm a gentile but my husband and his family are Jewish.

  • @Ineedmorelives Were you able to get citizenship even though you aren't Jewish? Sorry for all the questions I am just curious.

  • @attemptingtobehumble Oh it's fine, don't worry =). I was able to get a work Visa for 6 months, then I'll have to renew that for 6 more months when that expires. At the end of that entire year, I will be eligible to get health insurance here. Each year for another 4 years, I will have to go back and renew my application. After the 4 years, I will be a citizen and will have my ID and everything. In my case Im only allowed to stay because I married a Jew who has lived here his whole life.

  • That was so inspirational. I am on Day 4 of a water fast. I am 5'1" & about 162 pounds. I'd like to lose 55 pounds, but my biggest reason for the fast is my blood pressure. It got into the malignant stage...organ failure is just around the corner. I am having vision problems and hope by the end of the fast it will be restored.... Anyway, thank you for sharing. You are beautiful at any size, but I am so glad you are doing this so that you will be around a long time.

  • I think you look fabulous !!!!! well done and I wish you all you need to become.......

  • Water fasting is an awesome thing... BUT you should be doing it under super vision in a clinic... bruising on your legs is toxin releases... educate yourself; if you are still fasting research the internet, there are a lot of good studies there. Read 'Fasting for life - Paul Bragg' 'Rational Fasting - Arnold Ariet' The science of fine art and fasting - Herbert Shelton' be very carful... Also know how to come off your fast!

  • Great job!!!! Keep it up :)

  • Please forgive me if I do not understand though you are fasting for "weeks" in hopes of losing something more than "water weight" ?

  • @sodredge You lose about 10 pounds of water weight. The rest of the fuel used while you're fasting is fat, tumors, and scar tissue. You do not use muscle tissue until you have run out of available stored fat on your body.
