@ZabuzaSOULESS so does Christianity and almost every religion in the world...but yeah the group of muslims who hates america also represent the 1.4 billion muslims in the world. yeah i got you.
@theking2217 its hard to trust islam....because they ruin their own rep. so far every country that has islam have war and beheading even my country and we are buddhist. what did we buddhist did to islam? nothing matter of fact they blew up 2,000yrs old buddha statue. and plus when a muslim die all arab islam around world wake up and scream and shout. but when a buddhist monk get beheaded by islam or the bombing in iran by islam they are so quite i can hear myself fart.
@theking2217 but what does? There is absolutly nothing negative you can ever say about a group without getting this answer. Fact is that the quran does encourage people to despise and discriminate people follwing other gods. You could say that other religious books do so too, and you'd be right, but the major difference is that muslims beliefe that allah himself dictaded the quran to Mohamed, which means to me whatever is written down in that book is allahs opinion and represents every muslims
First 300 Good Muslims died there,Second its not at ground Zero,3 its not a mosque and the Lie that it will have speakers blaring,...Bottom line don't lump anyone with the bad because one day the finger will be pointed at you!!!!Americans not being prepared ???hahah most of us are not emotionally prepared for life....Why wait!!!!Build it ...if We dont The bad guys have already won!!!
I say build it 100%, if we Americans group all Muslims and anyone who resembles a person from the Islamic faith as terrorist we are just showing how ignorant we are. A Islamic center is just another building where people can exercise their freedom of religion even if it is different from our country's founding belief. If we all can mature a bit and see this, we maybe able to show the world that America is much more than bitch ass rednecks blaming shit on people.
The community center should be built. This is America; a nation of citizens. I find two problems with people who think the community center should not be built or moved. The first problem is that they are asserting that the community center is (partially) responsible for 9/11. Islam did not knock down the towers, terrorists did. The second problem is that people are forgetting that this is AMERICA, a melting pot, were there is freedom of speech, religion, etc. Peace.
"Not all muslims are terrorists but all terrorists are muslim." joe24021991 couldn't have said it better. New York is a huge city. It could honestly be built any where else except there. That's the only thing i'm confused about. Why does it have to be built right there? It's the financial district like really? How many devout muslim families looking for a community center live in the financial district. It's a bad idea to build it right there. But it probably will get built there and be bombed.
My opinion 100% they should build the Masjid. One sacred ground of Ground Zero? the area sat there in a virtual ghost town for eight years... EIGHT YEARS no one wanted to build anything there at all. It's not immediately near ground zero.... it's 4-7 blocks away and not even in view of it. It's private property that will ppl to work in this economy...
This anti community center movement has been the spring board of Anti Islam groups... oh well. I say build it and ignore the bigots
@huntmastab Dude what the hell? Are you high? On Crack? I don't care if you're white, green, orange, purple rainbow... this issue has nothing to do with race... the ISSUE IS COMMUNITY CENTER AT GROUND ZERO... if you wanna bait me race is the worse issue. Allah made man kind into many tribes and nations that we may know one another and not despise one another. All mankind is from adam and adam is from dirt... that's my stance on race dude
@huntmastab I must have really made an impression on you. I mean I made an idiot of you here and then you sneak to my page hoping no one but me and you see it and I make an ass of you again. I have studied Islam for years now, and although I realise it teaches peace and one-ness! I am un-decided as to whether or not I support the decision to build a Mosque on Ground Zero, on the one hand it is unfortanate that a Muslim minority that clearly have the wrong idea about what it means to belong to Islam have given it such a negative press, however I understand the significance of that area to the ones left with the aftermath of the attack.
this is just some bullshit to keep you preoccupied why the do some bigger shit. when i comes to what the tell you on the news is look to what the unseen hand is doing.
Has any one noticed how eerily similar this proposed community canter looks like the trade centers. Also if you have read your daily Qur'an the muslim religion is clearly not peaceful unless your a true believer. It advocates waging war and murder many times to those who are not muslim and will not convert. We do have freedom of religion, they have a right to worship. The problem lies in their inability to feel compassion and adhere to the feelings of others.i.e build it somewhere else.
I am personally anti-religious, however I am all for human rights. I think that the Muslim population has a right to build their religious center anywhere they choose.
However, I fear that those who feel hateful discrimination toward these Muslims will perform acts of terrorism in response. Ignorance combined with strong emotions make a dangerous brew.
i feel like that they should build it also me being a muslim i would like for it to be there what the heck build it i would love it and america needs to stop being so damn judge mental well salakam and thank you for putting it out there..
ITS A OBVIOUS SLAP IN THE FACE TO AMERICANS TO HAVE THE MOSQUE NEAR GROUND ZERO. AMERICANS IN GENERAL NEED TO GROW A PAIR AND IF THEY DO BUILD IT THERE WE NEED TO TEAR IT DOWN EVERYTIME THEY TRY TO BUILD IT. JUST BECAUSE THIS IS AMERICA.. "THE LAND OF THE FREE" DOES NOT MEAN YOU CAN JUST DO WHATEVER YOU WANT. WE NEED TO QUIT WORRYING ABOUT STEPPING ON THE TOES OF OTHER BELIEFS AND RELIGIONS AND STAND UP FOR WHAT THIS COUNTRY WAS FOUNDED ON. IF YOU DISAGREE THATS FINE. YOU JUST NEED A BACKBONE
@843UCSTRADEGEZ: I Understand where You're coming from bro, BUT if your country America, has an obsetion with droping bombs in the middle east, so then we get displaced, then when that happens, the same folks that dropped the bombs, lend out a helping hand for us to come reside in the U.S, thats right, you heard me right! They give out visa, to those who "disagree with the so called resistance", then when we mve to the u.s, these things frustrates you all.its not our fault, its your govts fault!
@843UCSTRADEGEZ: So I have a simple solution to your frustraion, if you americans quit supporting these god damned wars, then we wont get displaced to come move to the u.s!..cuz let me tell you the truth, no matter how many years you all spend to get rid of the resistance, so you all can have it in the middle east the way you want it, IT AINT GONNA WORK, AND BOTH SIDES ARE GONNA ALWAYS TO THE OPPOSITE, AND MORE FRUSTRATIONS IS TO COME..and another answer to you comment.....
I wasn't sure what I was going to be hearing from you but I very much like what you have presented. I also liked what the Imam said in that clip you played.
What have the 19 idiots who carried out the terror attacks got to do with peace loving Muslims?
It is like saying Christianity is to blame for David Koresh or Judaism is to blame for the extremist Jew to shot a group of worshippers in a Palestinian mosque.
America should be the better man or country and show that we hold no grudges and that we are a nation about peace and freedom, and let them build it, and they will say that they have won as they say many things, but at the end America is and will be the greater nation
BUILD IT!..... Americans need to grow up and realize that freedom of religion applies to ALL religions....and a way for America to earn the respect back that we lost after 911...is it be tolerant of peaceful religions..muslim is a peaceful religion... extremists are not the only muslims...just like Timothy McVeigh didn't represent the Catholics. GROW UP EVERYONE.
ps...I grew up in NYC...walked 5 miles the day the towers went down... normal white collar professional....not a foreign terrorist.
i'm an athiest, and believe in evolution, i say let them build it, it would heal a deep wound in new york so people can learn more about the muslim community and in 50 years people would look back and think to themself it was once hard to accept a different religion, but now we are past it, just like the racisme from the 50s
I Don't think they should build it for alot of factors
1) the mosque will be subject to ALOT of american hate
thus it will be terrorized by americans... this is unavoidable
2) Everyone knows what happened why and how people feel about the towers falling, when you construct a major building, you consider it's location, why was that spot picked? out of all spots in new york? looks like abit more then a coincidence imo
note- My moms muslim, i have nothing against them, but this is just wrong :/
@fourinchesin: Might not be one around every corner, but theres some nice beautiful ones that look and feel much nicer than the ones here in the states! Lets not forget Jesus Christ (peace be upon him) was from arab land: Palestine, so the churches in the middle east are holyer than ever, and there is a lot of them still.
Since your own American government was behind 9/11 why dont you frustrate your anger and broken hearts to them rather then blaming the muslim nations when we object and dissagree with innocent people being killed. Its clear to the real sincere and clean hearted people that its war against Islam, but masked over with ''Terrorism''. which is lots of B.S. But were ready for it. America and Israel soldiers kill, rape and torture our beloved muslim brothers and sisters, and u expect nothing in return.
@EnchantedOneForever , your actually wrong enchanted, i aint anti infact im pro american, just because i raised an important view doesnt make me an anti american, get your fact right, i have plenty of american friends which are great people. And talking about jews i dont hate the normal peaceful jews im against the zionist who you no for a fact they were behind the 9/11 attacks when so called George W Bush was in presidential leadership. I just believe the Americans should stop blind following.
@EnchantedOneForever And another thing I'm wrong to frustrate my anger for the innocent lives that are being taken by your American government and Israel, you expect me to feel upset for the 9/11 victims, but not for my muslim brothers and sisters, infact the number of death in the trade centre doesnt compare to the muslims that are killed day in and day out, and you have the nerve to accuse me of being anti american and jew, I think you need to come out to the real world and look at real pic!
@EnchantedOneForever: Whats wrong with bashing ZIONISTS?!, not the good Jewish. There are dozens of Youtube channels specifically created and dedicated to and for bashing Islam, so why cant anything else be critized?!..
First of all its not called a mosque, it clearly been stated in the video by the imam that it is a community centre for muslims Where all people from different vast of religions are wellcomed. Secondly why is it people expecially the American society believe 9.11 was perpetrated by muslims, when infact the american governement and Isreal carryed it out, some of you people are so ignorant that you let the media spoon feed you and hold you on a leash like a dog.open yours eyes
Yes I Totally Agree With You, Also They Are Getting Little Mixed Up With
Them Being Told it Will Be a Mosque infact it Will Be Community Centre But in The End it May Well Turn into a Mosque at Later Date, We Will Never Know I Feel That This is Very Serious and Sensitive Issue. and Now is Not The Time To Speak of This Especially When The Anniversary of That Fateful Day Will Soon Arrive Once Again. if it Was Up To Me I Would Say NO and I Think I Speak For Every One.
@SK4869 To be honest with you I clearly wouldnt be bothered if they are not given the go ahead to build they community centre. It shouldnt cause any tensions either if it is build there, at they end of the day whether its build or not shouldn't cause any divisions or hatred between the Americans and Muslims living there. The enemy within us is the ones who are in power they have no intentions of bringing peace and harmony inbetween us, rather hatred, racism and violence, is this what we want.
@SK4869 I understand exactly what your saying, it was shameful act by your American government to kill those people, what you need to understand is that theres other innocent people getting killed in the world not just Americans, innocents are getting Terrorised daily across the globe, 9/11 was an act which was horrific and unbearable but it should be the case that Muslims are pin pointed and linked to the event when it isnt the case. I think people should look to sincere sources the Cnn and Fox
@EnchantedOneForever lol. well if you believe that its your own inishative the vast majority of the american public should be told the truth and not hidden from them, how evil is your american government that it can ''Terrorize'' innocent people on that day, and then blame it on other innocent people they evil act. Your American government are infact they real Terrorist with the Zionist behind them aswell. How can they live with themselfs. Then install hatred in the good Americans.
@LucyNIGHTMARE: Well, in my opinion also, if you guys would just pull all your troops out and your crooked CIA, and pentagon forces and stop dropping bombs on our heads, then we'll stay in our own land, and when our house is smashed to peaces, then y'all say sorry, hand us a travel visa to the u.s and say hey reside here in america!..
@LucyNIGHTMARE that's not a nice comment to say, especially since most of american's ancestors were immigrants from Europe and Africa and other countries, which was not too long ago. We only became america like, 200 years ago and you're acting like no one else can come and live here and worship there own religion. The Native Americans never did that and they were here way before we were. And I bet you wouldn't like your comment if it was directed at you.
I am a Muslim but in my personal opinion to build a mosque near ground zero tantamount to pay tribute to terrorist for their cowardice action.i am of the opinion that Trade Centre should be reconstructed.
I am a Muslim but in my personal opinion to build a mosque near ground zero tantamount to pay tribute to terrorist for their cowardice action.i am of the opinion that Trade Center should be reconstructed.
I dont really think they need to built a Islamic Center or Mosque whichever you prefer. I learned that there are Mosque around New York in the Muslim parts of New York. I can not remember how many but quite a few. They can build one just not there. Some reasons are the ones who lost loved ones in 9/11. I know those were Muslim extremist but most people will not see a diffrence between the two. Just because Muslim extremist are related to the religion most people dont want the moque there.
I've got nothing against muslims. And, It'd be unconstitutional to not let them build. But it being unconstitutional doesn't make it right. They should build a Mosque/Community center, but why right there? Why not somewhere else? Location matters. It's not like there's not plenty of property in NYC.
@NikKiDWolF Auctually, i live in new york, i go there on a regular basis. It's not as crowded as people think...There are lots, but not shoulder-bumping amounts
Now although it’s easy to change the spin on a plan through a flashy website it does seem that the overall intention is to create a community centre incorporating a mosque rather than a huge mosque pretending to be a community centre. So at best they have been naive about the way their well intentioned plans would be received. It doesn’t help that the media have taken the most inflammatory sound bite and used that as the whole story
At worst they have demonstrated their own insensitivity to the continued impact of 9/11 on the American psyche. They haven’t realised that it would be seen in the same way as opening a McDonalds within smelling distance of the Kaaba in Mecca serving pork sausages and vodka 24 hours a day during Ramadan. (Ok so maybe it’s not quite on a par with that, but you get the general point I’m making.)
I did find one opinion which I thoroughly agreed with….
Grrr won’t let me paste a link ! google ‘cnn Akbar Ahmed mosque’
In summary, don’t build a Mosque, do build a centre that has interfaith worship and understanding at it’s heart, incorporating a memorial to all the victims.
Guys, you all, need to understand something. This Mosque near ground zero, is not a slap in the face or salt to the wounds. The past is the past, please get over it. If a church is at ground zero, would you get mad? Probably not. So why get mad with a mosque? Just because a few extremists went physco and caused 9/11, doesn't mean the other 1.5 billion of Muslims are extremists. America is about freedom, and freedom of religion is very important. And btw guys, Muslims also lost loved ones in 9/11
@joe24021991 whats my opinion? watch the vid to get that answer cause i don't want to write all of it down. and plus im still waiting for my answer about if we should let churches be near any Olympics.
@halaalmeat when did i ever said "they arent any mosques there to begin with"...i think u got confuse with me saying that they havent even built anything in ground zero.
And when i made the video i wasn't clear if it was a mosque or community center so i try to say both of them plenty of times. then on the video when i was editing it i purposely added the clip where the creator said it not a mosque but a community center.
Common sense being Muslims attacked U.S.A. aka 9 / 11 and if a Islamic Mosque where to be built near ground zero .... just like sagodip said it will be a slap on the face.
Kinda like adding SALT TO A WOUND!!!!
I am not against Mosques being built in NY or anywhere else in America ... but not near ground zero .... have some respect for the lives that where lost that day no what I am saying??
Please dont be ignorant and claim what I am saying is bullshit or anti islam
@joe24021991 the first line...what are you trying to say that your muslim? or that muslims attack usa and therefor we should call all 1.4 billion muslims terrorist. And to challenge your statement should we ban christians from building any churches near any Olympics b/c of Atlanta olympics bombing who was a radical christian? And the reason y i ask sagodip b/c a slap in the face is somewhat of a harsh and i wanted to know y specially from a person who preach world peace on her youtube page
1) I never said 1.4 Billion Muslims where terrorists!!! thats total bullshit as it was a group of muslims , and its the MINORITY NOT THE MAJORITY!! dont put words in my mouth that I never said!!
2) The subject is not about the Olympics in Atlanta .. its about potentially building a muslim mosque in New York near ground zero where some people who for obvious reasons may take offence.
I do believe its a slap in the face ... I also believe you need to re-read my first comment
@sagodip first where does religion comes in play with my statement because you preach world peace doesn't make you religious but w/e. My point was, on your profile you write "I'm a women who wants world peace"...then you say having a Islamic community center near ground zero is a SLAP in the face to usa. which is somewhat of an oxymoron to me thats why i wanted you to explain your action for that statement...thats it
@theking2217 good idea ass face now we can throw a white pride parade at auschwitz where millions of jews were killed and a japanese memorial at pearl harbor. just because not all muslims are extremists doesnt mean we should let our gaurd down. wheres your argument
"... have some respect for the lives that where lost that day no what I am saying??"
What you're saying is bullshit sir. Muslims were also in those buildings. So what you're saying is that Muslim blood is not worth the same as the blood of a white Christian or atheist. That my friend is bullshit.
@joe24021991 What your saying is bullshit. You have the ignorant view that Islam destroyed the towers. It was actually terrorists that destroyed the towers, killing thousands of Americans. Some of those Americans were muslims. If you equate a community center / "mosque" to terrorism, then you would then logically equate a christian church to the kkk. What you are saying is anti-islam, it is sad you can't/refuse to see it.
hmmm maybe in the heat of the moment I did say some pretty stupid shit. And reading what I said yeah maybe I came across as ignorant and closed minded.
I am in no way racist!!!! I have always said it was the terrorists and that they made the majority look bad.
I said its the minority and not the majority!!!
What I said was my opinion and not bullshit ... in fact I can simply say that your opinon sir / ma'am is bullshit but I am not
@joe24021991 The majority shouldn't be punished by the actions of an extreme minority. Jim Jones brainwashed and killed alot of people in the name of the Christian god, but are churches around the country responsible for his actions? Do the atrocities he commited affect church placement? The true problem is that the majority of the worlds population believes in supernatural magic; a few people will take it to the extreme and murder others, Christian and Muslim alike, etc.
@joe24021991 first of all I am a christian, and you say have some respect to those who lost their lives, how is building an Islamic center disrespecting the people who died? It's sounds like you think Muslims are so evil that they cant even go near ground zero. AND IT'S NOT EVEN A MOSQUE
@sagodip The past is the past, it's time to move on. Religious freedom is extremely important. America is all about freedom and liberty. The past happened, and now all we can do is to move on and to prevent such a thing from happening again. I honestly hate the fact that 9/11 happened. I hate it so much it almost makes me sick. Hopefully, it won't happen again (and im pretty sure by lik 110% sure that it won't happen again). How is it a slap in the face if this is built? Its not hurting u or me.
@SilentPhenomed wrong it does hurt me. it reminds me that my best friend LOST her father to the 9/11. and how do you thinks she feels. and her little sisters, mother . it's easy to forgive the past. BUT it's so HARD to forget it. putting a islamic center there. would be just a reminder of that aweful day. build it anywhere but not here.
@sagodip Yeah, and did you know that one of the Muslim leaders who wants the Islamic center also lost SEVERAL....not one, but SEVERAL people he deeply cared about in the attack? Think about ALL their families. All their mothers, sisters, and etc.
Regardless, we have to move on. I hate 9/11 so much, and I hope it never happens again (Im positive it WON'T happen again) but move on. It's hard to forget my aunt's death when I see a pen (long story), but I moved on and I still use a pen.
Every American has the RIGHT to practice their faith.9/11 attacks has nothing to do with anyone's religion. It's just some fanatics's job.
About 3000 people died on 9/11,but what about the MILLIONS OF INNOCENT Iraqis and Afghanis killed???Are these justified?Would u blame Christianity 4 that?
My biggest issue is that it's not just "near" ground zero.
The actual building that they want to put it at, was hit by pieces of the airplane on 911 and was severely damaged. Nobody killed but anyone who thinks oh it's just "nearby" no that is part of ground zero and to purposely choose that spot, in order to "strengthen relations" between Muslims and America by doing this is just absurd. It's done nothing to help relations its done the opposite of that.
@OlderG0ds Who is an American. Define it. You people say Muslims and Americans. You separate these two things. Why? I know a Muslim and he's a US citizen. You tell me, is he American or Muslim? He's not white. No blue eyes. Not Christian. But oh wait, THEN AGAIN, most Americans aren't that way either. You need to remember, America has many people from different races and places. It's not whites and than the other people.
Citizens loyal to the United States and its values are Americans. Islam strongly opposes these. Islam and United States do not mix. Nothing to do with race.
@OlderG0ds whoops, your right, I said the wrong thing.
But you are wrong. 1000000% wrong. Islam is about cleanliness and peace. It seriously is. But too many people either are racist or misinterpret it. Islam and the United States do not mix? We can not exclude Islam from this country. That would oppose religious freedom if we started to exclude a religion. Now an American, is a US Citizen that gives their loyalty to this country. MANY muslims give their loyalty to the US
We the people shouldn't stop are try stop the muslims from building there building. It's the LAW! Christians have done wrong before to. Are all Christians are bad? No! Every group has there crazy people. Not everyone is the same.
Entire thing is crazy the radicals do not fallow Muslim faith they have written a new faith where most Muslims are not like those who caused 9-11 .hate and fear mongering sells books get rich scams if it is so shameful for a community center to be built near ground zero than equally shameful is it to build a Christian church near the Oklahoma city bombing. the hate needs to stop hundreds of american Muslims died do to 9-11 and thousands fight in our US armed forces fighting dieing for this land.
@repubtodem I agree 100%. And I hate the crazy messed up extremists.....they completely misinterpret the religion and the kill so much. I WISH they didn't exist, I really do. Extremists just really make me want to vomit, just because of what they do.

The problem lies in their inability to feel compassion and adhere to the feelings of others.i.e build it somewhere else.
typeretardednamehere 1 year ago
I am personally anti-religious, however I am all for human rights. I think that the Muslim population has a right to build their religious center anywhere they choose.
However, I fear that those who feel hateful discrimination toward these Muslims will perform acts of terrorism in response. Ignorance combined with strong emotions make a dangerous brew.
Peace.

It doesn't take a genius to work that out.

I agree with the king

DEF90JAM 1 year ago
I Don't think they should build it for alot of factors
1) the mosque will be subject to ALOT of american hate
thus it will be terrorized by americans... this is unavoidable
2) Everyone knows what happened why and how people feel about the towers falling, when you construct a major building, you consider it's location, why was that spot picked? out of all spots in new york? looks like abit more then a coincidence imo
note- My moms muslim, i have nothing against them, but this is just wrong :/

Since your own American government was behind 9/11 why dont you frustrate your anger and broken hearts to them rather then blaming the muslim nations when we object and dissagree with innocent people being killed. Its clear to the real sincere and clean hearted people that its war against Islam, but masked over with ''Terrorism''. which is lots of B.S. But were ready for it. America and Israel soldiers kill, rape and torture our beloved muslim brothers and sisters, and u expect nothing in return.

WulFe799 1 year ago
I've got nothing against muslims. And, It'd be unconstitutional to not let them build. But it being unconstitutional doesn't make it right. They should build a Mosque/Community center, but why right there? Why not somewhere else? Location matters. It's not like there's not plenty of property in NYC.

Should they be prevented from building a Mosque – no – that’s religious intolerance.
Should they be much more sensitive to the location and withdraw or substantially change their current plans ? – yes.
It’s really hard to find the intentions of the people behind the plans amongst all the shouting in the media – this is their site
all the w's dot park51 dot org
owenooh 1 year ago
Now although it’s easy to change the spin on a plan through a flashy website it does seem that the overall intention is to create a community centre incorporating a mosque rather than a huge mosque pretending to be a community centre. So at best they have been naive about the way their well intentioned plans would be received. It doesn’t help that the media have taken the most inflammatory sound bite and used that as the whole story
owenooh 1 year ago
At worst they have demonstrated their own insensitivity to the continued impact of 9/11 on the American psyche. They haven’t realised that it would be seen in the same way as opening a McDonalds within smelling distance of the Kaaba in Mecca serving pork sausages and vodka 24 hours a day during Ramadan. (Ok so maybe it’s not quite on a par with that, but you get the general point I’m making.)

I did find one opinion which I thoroughly agreed with….

I am not anti muslim and I do believe its the minority of muslims that make a bad name for the majority of muslims.
But in my honest opinion I dont believe it would be right to build a mosque near ground zero which was attacked by muslim terrorists

Please check your facts before you open your mouth.
What do you mean there aren't any mosques there to begin with?
The WTC was built in December in 1970.
A mosque was built there in the early 1970.
Please watch keith olberman's review on building A COMMUNITY/Culinary center FIVE BLOCKS from the world trade center on private property!
A mosques is not being built, a community center is being built.
Please make another video to correct your facts.

Some of those Americans were muslims. If you equate a community center / "mosque" to terrorism, then you would then logically equate a christian church to the kkk.

@sagodip The past is the past, it's time to move on. Religious freedom is extremely important. America is all about freedom and liberty. Hopefully, it won't happen again (and im pretty sure by lik 110% sure that it won't happen again). How is it a slap in the face if this is built? Its not hurting u or me.

Uchchash 1 year ago
My biggest issue is that it's not just "near" ground zero.
The actual building that they want to put it at, was hit by pieces of the airplane on 911 and was severely damaged. Nobody killed but anyone who thinks oh it's just "nearby" no that is part of ground zero and to purposely choose that spot, in order to "strengthen relations" between Muslims and America by doing this is just absurd. It's done nothing to help relations its done the opposite of that.
In conclusion... NO.
OlderG0ds 1 year ago 2
@OlderG0ds Who is an American. Define it. You people say Muslims and Americans. You separate these two things. Why? I know a Muslim and he's a US citizen. You tell me, is he American or Muslim? He's not white. No blue eyes. Not Christian. But oh wait, THEN AGAIN, most Americans aren't that way either. You need to remember, America has many people from different races and places. It's not whites and than the other people.
SilentPhenomed 1 year ago
@SilentPhenomed
Muslim is not a race, not sure who told you that.
Citizens loyal to the United States and its values are Americans. Islam strongly opposes these. Islam and United States do not mix. Nothing to do with race.
OlderG0ds 1 year ago
@OlderG0ds whoops, your right, I said the wrong thing.
But you are wrong. 1000000% wrong. Islam is about cleanliness and peace. It seriously is. But too many people either are racist or misinterpret it. Islam and the United States do not mix? We can not exclude Islam from this country. That would oppose religious freedom if we started to exclude a religion. Now an American, is a US Citizen that gives their loyalty to this country. MANY muslims give their loyalty to the US
