Anyone should have the right to kill anyone who tespasses on their private property and threatens them.

This shouldn't be about a law that allows people to maybe defend themselves against injury or dieing, it should be about people who consider threatening or robbing or commiting a crime against someone that they face the possibility of death.

What I really mean is that if someone attacks you/rapes you/robs you, if in the process of defending yourself they get injured or die there should be no liability on the person being assaulted originally.
