  • random question how often should i work out my arms if i want to get them bigger

  • Thanks for the lesson cause I did not know that

  • Guys, if you REALLY want to build huge arms you should be following the same training guide that Mike (from the videos) does! The MuscleMaximizer diet and exercise guide ( from MaxYourMuscles (.) com ) shows you how the right foods and exercises can get you ripped in no time at all!

Watch the video on the site and see for yourself!

  • Try building huge arms without drinking supplements and then come back to tell us!

  • @aristarhos2 he doesn't... he made a video saying so, 5 myths to big muscles or something like that.

  • lool i allready knew this

  • Overhead lying dumbbell pullovers are killer for the long head tricep head!

  • so is it natural to be able to lift more with your triceps than with your biceps?

Is the tricep a naturally stronger muscle?

  • @AaronChieu18 yup

  • sweet

  • hey man i started lifting weights for a month and a half already im 16 years old im 6'1 and i weigh 150 Ib and im concerned about my growth and i just wanted to know is it true that lifting weights stun your growth? thanks

  • @edwazhereman 6'1 is a good size therefore you shouldnt worry about stunning your'e growth. Im 16 too and im only 5'5...

  • @ErwinNation1 yea but im a basketball player and i play center in my team which means i gotta be pretty tall and both of my parents are really tall and my 3rd cousin is 6'4 so i would think i have a chance of being extremely tall but its true 6'1 is pretty good height, not like im gonna be in the nba or anything.

  • @edwazhereman No, it will not stunt your growth, but you must make sure to have good form and not over do it.

  • OLD NEWS -__-

  • pause at 0:43

  • @SireFridge lol :O

  • Thank you mike for all your videos !!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I just wanna lose weight I'm about 140lbs and 19 years old in words that seems skinny but I actually look quite overweight =(

  • @WakeNBake024 dude its not a bout age its a bout ur high and weight

  • @sixpackshortcuts P.s. I have watched almost all your videos, and you are really great! Thanks for all, and keep making videos..:))

  • @sixpackshortcuts, Hey Mike. First of all, I don't go to gym so most of my exercises are based on cardio work-outs (push-ups, pull-ups and such other stuff, I do a lot of variations)...But I also have a pair of dumbbells so I do other things for biceps, triceps, chest etc. I wanted to ask you, can you do a muscle-ups, and if you can, what ex. should I do so I can do it as well, and if you could make a tutorial for that. And, does my biceps work more if I do curl-ups or pull-ups? Thanks.

  • i heard by putting the thumb brhind the bar with your other finger it works your triceps more...Is this true?

  • Dont forget chin ups. Did a shitload of those until failure and my biceps are huge!

  • This is true.I have huge biceps but small triceps and my friend has huge triceps but small biceps and his arms look two times bigger than mine.

  • I am a 14 year old boy, i workout, i have pretty good triceps also, but my arms are the same size as pretty much everyone my age that workout. Its pretty good, but when exactly do we grow that big, adult type muscle?

  • what a beast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:D

  • what about compound movements? I think those build the biggest arms specially for skinny guys like myself who shouldn't waste time doing isolation?

  • Hey Mike, I was wondering would these exercises work the forearms as well. I've been doing your muscle building exercises for a little while now and I've seen my biceps and triceps get bigger but I still have skinny wrists and forearms. Do you have any tips to improve them?

P.S Thanks for the awesome videos they've helped me a lot so far!

  • You wanna build some muscle? *Sniff* Well good man, you at the right YouTube channel...

  • Diamond Push Ups are good for triceps as well.

  • Huge arms = chin ups, dips, close grip bench press and barbell rows = huge arms

  • I just wanted to say that it is really awesome how you are giving real workout that actually work for free.

  • Mike , can you make a video of proteine shakes , all the informations we teengagers need about them !

  • @KHero950

    amen !

  • How much bigger can you get your biceps ( cm/inch ) in 2 months if you were to train them 2,3 maybe 4 times a week?

Plus what would be the best exercises to build bit biceps?

I already do my triceps a lot so don't need to know any tri work outs

  • did anyone notice he said BIG ASS triceps at 2:49 :D

  • @AXOMME before every workout session (which should be about an hour long), you should always stretch (some people like to warm up to light weights on their first exercise too). After you're done, you should do like a 10 minute cardio in order to get lean.

  • @sixpackshortcuts hey mike these vids are great thanks for the help i got a question though im training for tryouts to be a WR in football what are the main muscle groups i should be focusing on?

  • HEY man this an awesome video!

YOU got a nice sense of humor, probably that the secret to your success.

  • WHY. THE FUCK WOULD YOU CLICK THIS VIDEO, AND DISLIKE IT. YA'LL FUCKEN HATERS..

  • hi Mike man, there's a question nobody asked me so far. Which is best way to build a good body, first do cardio, then weight lifting and lastly stretching or first weights then cardio ? someone told me that if u do first weights then cardio u are actually burning down some of the muscle u just weighted before, so I don't know anymore. Help me out. U're the man !

  • yeah this is one thing i regret, i got the biceps but i never knew you had to workout triceps until like 3 months ago.

  • all i have are dumbells...what tricep exercises can i do with those besides tricep extensions

  • Hey great video, I like the detail you give in your videos, subscribed .

Do you have any tips for working out at home, I have been looking on the p90 x stuff but hate buying anything as seen on tv ya know, I am buying a powertec home gym to start as I hate dealing with the local meat heads that don't like to share the equipment in the gym, cheers.

  • i guess 83 people wanna get beat up by this guy!

  • hey mike, I have a question also, have you got any tips on how to get bigger forearms?

  • cool man .... you great

  • Love the advice, and I'm appreciative of your vids, as always. But I still have a question on reps/sets: how many per exercise and how many per workout, as far as the smaller muscle groups go (bicep/tricep)? And should I only be isolating these two muscle groups once a week, but having compound lifts complimenting them for my other workout days?

  • been working out for awhile and learned a few great tricks from this video, thanks man

  • when you put on waits should you use bigger waits and do lower reps our smaller waits and put in more reps?

  • Thanks Mike .. Awesome tips Bro... Not a good idea to work biceps and triceps on the same day asshole...

  • @Makaveli187able arnold schwarzenegger did it too.. who do you think you are? you publish some useless lies, where did you get those stupid fag information?!!

  • WHAT TRICEP U TALKING BOUT? U HAVING GOT ONE MATE ...........

  • Hey man, i'm not trying to lose fat, i'm trying to gain muscle mass, I'm a fairly skinny guy, i started going to the gym last year, i've now got muscle definition and tone but still pretty much the same mass as before, any tips on how to put on the extra pounds?

  • @woahthereshiz i personally gain muscle mass by not dieting or anything like that i eat whatever as long as i workout and stuff. but im not a professional and im 16

  • @woahthereshiz um well if you dont mind me helping id say drink protein after every workout and eat lots of meat for exaple fish steak chicken breast etc. also ggreen vegetables like brocoli spinach these are really helpful.

  • @MrJasonescoto this is an examplw of how to gain weight without protein drinks i think.

  • @Mindaugas7100 not really im pretty sure you have to drink protein or eat a lot in order to gain mass.

  • @MrJasonescoto No mate your missing the point, I didn't say that can't drink protein but simply if you wanna get bigger you can do it with high protein foods constantly and you do not even need protein shakes. As you just said "eat a lot in order to gain mass" So you and I say the same thing and relpying to each other.

What I mean about the example is, this guy represents how can you get bigger, stronger and leaner without use of protein, by just food.

  • @Mindaugas7100 yes i see your point but your saying it as if there was something wrong with drinking a protein shake. its basically a food source and it helps your muscles grow faster. think of it as a bonus. just helps you out.

  • @MrJasonescoto Can you suggest any protein drinks? Thanks for the help.

  • @woahthereshiz absolutely man no problem and well i use hydro whey whcih is very good for gaining muscle you can add more stuff like use milk instead of water add fruits such as bananas strawberries i personally add bananas and peanut butter which is great. and i drink one before workout and after.

  • if i do biceps workouts every monday wednesday and friday, could i effectively work on triceps evry tuesday and thursday and saturday and do wide bench press on tues, thurs and sat.? would that work effectively. im 15 btw. great vid.

  • Thanks for the video mike. This really helped me out. I've been working out for years and I'm in pretty good shape, but I've always had some trouble working on my arms, specifically my biceps.

    Keep up the good work!

  • Holy balls. He's buff.

  • whats up youtube its mike the trick to building huge arms like mine is steroids theres lots of different types of steroids and my favourite is the anabolic steroid i like to trick people into thinking they can get a six pack and huge arms by taking steroids making myself buff and hosting a scam of shitty ways to get shit all because i cheat i mean look at the size of my veins in my videos and my core is shit u can tell by the way it sticks out unfortunately steroids make your organs swell :/

  • inb4 dbol

  • Hay Mike. I´ve got a Problem:

Im 15 now and i cant get weight. Do you have some tips for me, to get more weight?

    PS: Your videos are cool;)

  • hey mike

    i´m a german watcher i like your videos it´s great ;)

  • Hi mike :D uhm im 16.. and i want a bicep like taylor lautner.. i just dont know what bicep exercise is correct for me.. coz lots of there are lots of em.. i want your personal suggestion which is best :) thanks

  • @Darkpool14 Barbell curls, Barbell curls drop sets, preacher curls, hammer curls and cable curls are all good, stick within the 6-12 rep range if you want mass and do about 4 sets, 5 if you want.

  • so wonder my triceps are bigger/stronger than my bicep now i know

  • This are the greatest free tips I have ever seen on youtube and by an asian dude too..

  • Thanks for the good information Mike!

    - Tom

  • hey mike, do you have any tips for me to help my wrists im 17 and they crack and stuff and hurt after i work out

  • holy shit, this guy goes on for ages and never gets to the point. basically what he's saying folks is that triceps make most of your upper arm...

  • @saurabhggautam Does the video show "exercises that build huge arms"?

NO. Learn to read dumbass and learn to use your fricking ears and LISTEN to what he says, absorb the information, then do what you want with that information. If you want to find triceps exercises go to a gym you lazy ass or just google "home exercises for triceps"

  • hey mike,i have a question, can i train tricep and bicep together in one exercise?

  • @davionchi Not effectively.

  • @sixpackshortcuts i thought you could do all arms in the same day

  • @sixpackshortcuts can i train triceps everyday?

  • @davionchi pull ups...

  • Wow, thank you for the helpful videos, man! I appreciate it. Keep it up! I fucking love them. Great tips and great work outs. A lot of information I haven't known, although I've been working out for years I wasn't getting any bigger. Your videos helped me a lot! I owe you big time.

  • @HockeyCanadian22 Thanks!! keep coming back as I have lots more planned.

  • @sixpackshortcuts mike, have you bought the YouTube every were i see only you`r vids:P nice work:P

  • @sixpackshortcuts, Hey Mike. So I've been working out for about 2 years and I have gotten some muscles mass and even got more ripped but I still look really skinny, like my body looks small. But people tell me that I don't have to worry cuz as I get older I will gain a lot more muscle, is that true?

  • Bigass Tricep, That just made me laugh =) But really, thanks for the information.

  • I only watch your videos! On discouraged days i watch your videos and get fresh ideas for the next gym day. Thank you

  • hahaha he said big ass triceps

  • @saurabhggautam Why the hate? Paying attention when people talk, and paying attention to what they are saying, absorbing that info and using it is just as effective for some people.

  • @sixpackshortcuts Its so funny how the guy u responded to is subscribed to you but will talk shit lol people these days. I have a question you said on another video you replied to someone saying you basically have to workout but live a healthy lifestyle. So my question to you is what is a good daily meal plan kinda like what you do. Im 14 so after i get home its go skateboard outside and then eat a peanut butter sandwich then sleep lol.

  • @headstrong80 That sandwich is not helping anything out (but they do taste devilishly good). I have my actual meal plan, the one that I live by, in the SPS program.

  • i LOVE Popeye.

  • I have a buddy his name is Mo

  • New Video! Comments Please!

  • Well, guess i got to stop trying to get big arms by training my biceps.

  • you are like the work-out guru #RESPECT

  • dude I respect ur words dude

    and U R awesome dude

  • thanks brah, really learnt quite a bit from your channel.Keep posting more videos,I'm really intrigued by them.

  • you live in china?

  • the key to building huge triceps is just to do heavy chest workouts. heavy bench press, incline press will really pump up your triceps. I hardly ever do isolation exercises for triceps and I got awesome results.

  • HOLY SHIT GODDAMN

  • hate it when people diss this guy, he speaks home truths and facts, the evidence is there. he is in great shape

  • @TomRichardsVocals yeah right, and he's doing it for free. People just need to shut up and get on with it!

  • @saurabhggautam Hey dumb@ss learn how to spell

  • and I knew everything. Thanks Mike!

  • Gostoso du caramba

  • thanks man! gonna try this tommorow!

  • @sixpackshortcuts very good vid bro! I totally didn't know that gonna have some big ass arms now! thx man keep the vids coming.

  • Put it this way, Bicep has the word BI in it. which means 2. and Triceps have TRI in it which is 3...so obviously the triceps are gonna be bigger.

  • what would be a good ratio for these routines, like weight and reps and etc, please respond

  • popaye is awesome...

  • Awesome man, thanks for the advice!

I don't have access to a gym, can you buy those parallel bars you mentioned to work the Triceps? and if so, roughly how much does it cost?

  • well im 14 and i can bench press 160lbs. and squat 185lbs. is that good? and i weigh 160lbs.

  • @zakattack284 Yes very good.

  • @zakattack284 It's not bad. Benching your own body weight is good, but you should be able to squat at least twice your body weight.

  • @zakattack284 you're going to stunt your growth if you lift that kind of weight at 14 years old...

  • @12196288 He's benching his own body weight and he's squatting barely more than his own body weight, that's perfectly fine, and his growth isnt gunna get stunted much.

  • @zakattack284 How many reps do you bench 160/squat 185. If that's your when rep max, then meh. If that's say your 8-10 rep max. that's pretty good.

  • Big Ass Triceps.

  • good point

  • all these tips are great, but for the ones asking why am i not getting bigger arms and i'm following these tips...nutrition!!!

  • When i turn my pinkys in it hurts my rist hurts a lot why?

  • @highperformace86 your joints are probably not use to that motion, it takes time to get use to them

  • @highperformace86 Noone knows why. Just don't do it then.

  • Great vids and awesome tips, didn't know some of these key components. Thanks a million

  • How about pullups?

  • @ryanjoshua123 Pullups are great for your back.

  • Thank you

  • @SinisterPictures911 You are welcome

  • good tips...but i allready new all this.

  • Was that Mo from Sportstime in Lynbrook, New York?

  • Just watch the twin muscle workout videos to get this information instead, he basically copies what they say verbatim.

  • wut up im listenin 2 u n do everything u say to get big arms but im gaining no muscle can u send me a video or something 2 me on facebook at Janson_vance@yahoo.com

  • That is one buff asian !!!

  • @YourMumsTitsRUS Korean! =)

  • Thanks Mike! Your training rutine made my arms huge like fuck and now I can wank like fuck and it feels good as fuck!

  • @Bennyftw94 glad to see he helped you

  • LOL! Popeye armsss..hahah

  • skull crusher is a bad workout rightt?? i heard it puts ur joint in bad position

  • i found this difficult to masterbate to

  • Nice videos, but I would like to see in practice

  • im 12st age 16 and 6,2 i do sit ups, crunches, reverses crunches, and 3 more but i dont know the name i do 30 a of each a day is that enough because i my abs start to feel like they were tightening then i ate a bowl of pasta and its gone does that mean the crunches etc were a waste or do i still have to do more

  • @TyrellStyle I'm only age 14, but this is what I can tell you, the burn does go away. If it didn't then you hurt yourself. I did 18,000 situps in one month and I got a six-pack. 600 a day, but take looooonnnggg breaks in between and do cardio. I got a six pack in weeks. Not kidding at all.

  • @totenkopf2221

so should i forget the crunches etc and just do sit ups and how many do i per set and how much interval

  • @TyrellStyle Crunches with a dumbell behind the head, with feet locked under something for 20 reps was the best workout for me. Do 3 sets a day and you should be fine. Most of the abdominal work I did was for martial arts conditioning. As a side note, I don't have a six-pack from being thin...I had a flat and fatty stomach when I started out. Good luck.

  • @totenkopf2221 600 sit ups a day??

  • @3ilz Yeah...200 situps, 200 boxers (leg raises with shoulder off the floor and hands behind your head, 100 crunches, 50 Jack knives, 50 Windsheild wipers, 60 hanging knee ups, 60 hanging oblique lifts, 60 hanging leg lifts. Done, thats how I got a 6 pack in 3 weeks. That and 20 min, heavy bag rounds, 200 pushups, 20 min. Running, 50-100 pullups, 60 inverted pullups, 200 row pullups, 40 dips, 30 bar dips, 30 bicep curls, etc.

  • p90x2 rocks

  • your best video!

  • hey mike, your presentations are really good because they're not constantly cutting and continuing again like most youtube vids are.

  • I got my own forearm workout!

  • Make sure you dont always use the light weights, and of course to make sure you do not use your back to help yourself do bicep curls then stand against the wall. Light weights work mostly as good as heavy and make you look big but when it comes to competition you need strength not looks. Hope it helps some people :)

  • Hey thanks so much for this, I'm a small 98lb high schooler, 5'2" and I'm going to get started on this. By the way, you are such a boss!

  • make sure u keep training, until u get an arrow to the knee O_o

  • so...try using an EZ-CURL BAR!!!! use the bends in the bar closest together and at the bottom look how nice and straight the alignment is -- wrist/forearm! my wrists never hurt after i switched from the straight bar to the EZ CURL. hope this tip helps some folks... :)

  • great stuff here! i have a suggestion on both the close-grip presses and skull-crushers and really almost any tricep pressing movements... when i used the straight bar for close-grip presses and the skull-crushers, my wrists would always hurt. if you look at the alignment of your wrists and forearms at the bottoms of each movement, you'll see the unnatural bending of your wrists outward, WAY out of alignment to your forearms. and with heavy weights, this will invariably lead to inflammation

  • im 16 im psyched for more impact do 10secend tricep handstand

  • asian guys look bad ass when theyre ripped!
