  • Ransuru, we look forward to see your CD.. If you come to Chicago, please, let me know. We w'd love to host you at our Systema club..

  • @OttavianoAugusto2011 Will do. I am planning a trip to North America in the first half of 2012.

  • I have only two words for you: "Thank You".

  • @OttavianoAugusto2011 You are most welcome. The DVD will be coming toward the end of the year.

  • Man, this video is ace. I've been looking for something like this for ages as to do some practicing between my weekly classes. Thanks a million.

  • @The3rdMan83 You are most welcome :)

  • 1:49... Appears that this is glory hole training?

  • Thank you for sharing - I have never seen this type of exercise before.

  • This stuff is truly amazing. It's not often I hear of a combat art which is NOTHING LIKE anything else I have ever seen! Fantastic! :D

  • Very good video. These exercises look practical and useful.Thank you for posting.

  • Great work and vid.

    "this is for Orjas67"

there is no (better or worse), outcome is decided by the practitioners skill and other variables.

  • i'm hoping of taking up classes soon. Good video!

  • @malaysiancule start today and see what happens.

  • very nice stuff - thank you for sharing

  • @sesquatch28 Thank you.

  • Love the fact that the instructor is NOT some square jawed steroid and tattooed juiced up freak demonstrating . You instantly see a training method you can use ANYWHERE without needing pads, equipment, etc. The instructor has a subtle PRACTICAL strength that is understated, to look at but devastating in application. Cant say enough GOOD things about systema. Every time I see it done I learn something new.

  • nice vid but why do I get a strange feeling when I see all the military attire?

  • muy interesante

  • Excellent vid. Finally martial arts practitioners who teach movement not based on any doctrine. Just using the body any which way, every which way to increase mobility, agility, flexibility and strength with minimal effort and increased relaxation. Well done!

  • @awarenessexpansion aint it great? THIS is the PROMISE of martial arts that so many of us were attracted to when we were kids. The use of superior principles and concepts to enable us to have a fighting chance over stronger more aggressive opponents. Wish this would've come out when I was younger...

  • @awarenessexpansion I wander how this moves can imprive mobility, agility, flexibility and strength?? these are probably good to do for change to get some relaxaton from doing too much basic exercises for real combat.

  • Systema Power!

  • Everyone, who knows something about the bodymoving must say, that this man has incredible skills!!!! It is amazing! Just try some of that moves at home! And this moves really helps to control your body in extreme situations! It is much better than f.e. bodybuilding. Very good tips! THANX

  • it looks so funny

  • Great post definetly will work this ;) thanks

  • Very interesting tips, thanks a lot for sharing

  • Very Feldenkraisy.

  • yeah. I study systema and have done a bit of feldenkrais and their are a lot of common elements- working with your body in the most natural way and unlearning bad bodily habits

  • nice vid thanks for posting

  • TY for vid!!

  • I enjoy the way you explain .... thanks

for being positive ... keep it up

  • Systema is lethal... no wonder the israelis dropped Krav Maga... Its shit compared to Specnaz

  • I blve tht the best systm is wht u mastered. If it's OK 4 u prsnly.

No mttr wthr it's krav maga specnaz or anthg else.

  • rofl! human slinky

  • Thanks! I'll add this to my own Systema practice at home. I love the drumming in the background too - it adds a nice ambiance to the presentation. :-)

  • Russian systema workrs Even in Izrael

Just keep training maybe Izrael will as good as Russia

    One day of course

    Take your time

  • yeap, all what Izrael has now is specnaz training which came from Russia

  • great solo work! :) do this every day, and you're on a roll!

  • How is systema compared to Krav Maga? Which one is better?

  • Systema and Krav maga are two separate and different martial systems. You cannot compare and decide which is better. It depends on the practitioner and other parameters. I prefer Systema with the principle based work and the freedom from format. Make your own mind and if you have specific questions please ask.
