its really easy all bov's are universal its just the flange that you need or a short pipe with a flange thats already welded on. find where the stock one is and just reconnect the new one like the old one was! u cant fuck anything up.

no it does it because sometimes u lift off the throttle but not all the way to give it enough vaccuum and keeps the blow off valve closed. for instance ur cruiseing on a country road and ur accelerating a bit and you back off to cruize again it keeps the blow off valve closed. with boost i'm running on mine i get a bit of compressor surge with the blow off valve sounds sweet lol
