I'm from Austria ... that said I wish we would have politicians of such format like Ed Miliband. I looks like politics in the UK is worth something. In Austria everything seems like a farce... but anyway. If I would be a british citizen i would join and support labour!

Oh my god he is so lovely. At the Copenhagen summit another country tried to veto an important bill at 2am, and out of all the world's representatives Ed Miliband was the only person who got dressed and rushed to the foyee to try and salvage a deal for climate change. He's so dedicated, he's the only person I could trust to run the country right now.

Labour are ruined for the moment, they became the party for the non working class and immigrants, and actually punished their main voters, the lower paid working class, by rubbing it in their noses the fact that they do back breaking work, and some yob nextdoor lives on benefits and gets the same or in some cases more money than they do. How the Labour Party collapsed into the hands of the Milliband brothers is a mystery to me. Neither Ed nor David have got leadership charisma. Moreover, I don't think these "merchant of dreams" type speeches these people make, promising to cure all problems, bring love into the family life of every child, convince anyone any more. Of course the people may come to hate the coalition, but if they do, Labour's only hope is that they will look back on the Blair-Brown years as good times.
