  • Can't wait for another month or so to get my first bike (Probably '08 Ninja 250) Finally have the money for it, can't fucking wait.

  • always turning left with your right turn signal on

  • @dennisjepeder It's just a turn signal indicator, it doesn't indicate left or right, just that one of them is on.

  • I'm guessing you're under 18 since you only have your permit?

  • @hondaaccourd5 In many states (if not all,not sure), even if you're 50, you have to take a knowledge test to acquire a permit, and then a skills test on the road to get a license.

  • fuck ads!!!!

  • I use to try to putter around on my 09 ninja 250r and now I've come to realize she loves lots of throttle and rpms that just how she is made to work.

  • love your videos when i get older imma make videos just like you

  • love your videos

  • @birmingham10 As long as you dont plan on riding much over 100 MPH, Its fine. :)

  • do you race?

  • love the vid, just bought a 250 ninja cant wait to start riding....how much did you pay for the camera mount? and where?

  • you ride with only your permit? cuz im gettin a 250r really soon (yay!) but i only got my permit a week ago i dont think my mom cares she'll still let me ride

  • you ride with only your permit?

  • @soxeyer In the US you can do that. There's a time limit but with a permit you can ride by yourself. You can't exactly have an experienced rider with you on a motorcycle when you're learning.

  • The majority of motorcycle crashes happen within 200 yards of leaving the showroom. Those are riders who have just bought bikes too powerful for their skill level. I'm a rider too, and one who learnt in an amazingly short amount of time, but I'm not foolish enough to buy a massive bike first off. Learn your skills properly first and learn how to ride with experience, and THEN get a bigger bike.

  • well my first bike is a 2011 ninja zx6r green and black with a vince and hines cone exhuast on it and i have a lot of fun with the horsepower it all depends on how scare u are when u learn that my opinion on begginner bikes

  • HOW OLD are you !! ??

  • did u said its ilegal to ride when its dark for u ? sory i cant imagine that im german

  • @Freerideboy2007 every state in the US has different rules and regulations about riding and it is extremely frustrating. same with driving cars when you first start.

  • your a good rider^^

  • Nice video man! How do you like your ninja 250r? I'm thinking about getting a ninja 250 soon. Would you recommend the 08 and up or the 07 and later years?

  • @michaelrose95 personal preference. im picking up a 2010 ninja250r friday.

  • THAT WIND NOISEEEEE

  • hey man thinking of one of these for a first bike, hows the low end though? i hear they lack low end power and my ride to school will only be a a few miles every day in the city and probably some errand running and very little highway.

  • its not illegal if you dont get caught

  • YOUR ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE ROAD!

    notallcaps

  • @jack6565 nop he's on the right side :D lol

  • @blunt2544 Your point?

  • @blunt2544 ? point being ...... =P

  • hey our 250r's are no punks!

  • but have Kevlar underneath. The jeans are red route London ride out jeans. (which I have)

  • @laxsuprastar as cheezgrater mentioned. u should defiantly get a textile jacket with Kevlar. And buy a decent one that way you don't have to buy a better one later. maybe spend around to 300 or find something on sale. Icon has lots of jackets at rideicon.com.(can't buy from website but u can go to any bike shop and order it). I have an arc textile jacket I recommend that one. And I recommend some riding pants. You

Can get some textile ones or you can get ones that look like regular jeans but h

  • I LOVE your videos. I am about to get a 250R... can't wait!

  • did ur bike come with your instruments illuminated or did u have to add that on?

  • @ttspiritblade I hope my starter litre bike comes with illuminated gauges so I can ride really fast in the night without my permit. :)

All kidding aside, the gauges should be illuminated. Otherwise, you wouldn't be able to see them at nighttime.

  • @ttspiritblade I do know that 250R's come with a light dash

  • I forgot to mention I wear a backpack too (obviously)

  • I just got a green Kawasaki Ninja 650R. I plan to ride it to school as you do. I wear a helmet, elbow pads, gloves, and knee pads. Under that i wear jeans and a shirt. Do you reccommend that I wear any other protective gear?

  • @laxsuprastar Armored textile jackets don't cost very much and make you look pretty cool too. Get some textile pants to save your bum if you fall, since jeans only last a second or two against pavement. After that, they fuse to your skin. Only drawback is needing a locker big enough to store everything when you get to school or work.

  • what helmet do you use?

  • what do you do with your gear when you get to school? also what bag do you use to carry your school materials?

  • is that with stock exhaust? Nice vid

  • @choppchopp007 stock and thanks (:

  • @rebelyell91 hey how old are u? and how did u get a permit? what can and cant u do with a permit?

  • did you say you dont have a permit for riding in the dark?

  • i gots me a red 2010 ninja 250 :) bought it with 2 miles on it

  • i would recommend a a suzuki hayabusa for a first bike if you ask me. then work your way up

  • @pbmaniac51: That's to weak. 500BHP Busa Turbo like Ghostrider's.

  • @ColorSeepage oh yea for sure

  • @pbmaniac51 Yeah after you get done with that toy, you can step up to a Ninja ZX-14 and feel real power.

  • @pbmaniac51 thanks for the advice! I'm gonna go with a Busa and work it up from there. Im pumped!

  • @pbmaniac51 haha nice!

  • @pbmaniac51 lmao good one.

  • @TheZoelzer2 Thanks lol. I mean come one it's common sense!

  • @pbmaniac51 work your way up from a hayabusa? get real

  • @1996CR80R i was obviously being sarcastic lol

  • I LOVE THESE VIDS

  • in arizona do u have to have ur drivers license first before u get ur MC license?

  • i bought a ninja today :) *happy*

  • @wuppi93 then y the hell are on the computer get out there and ride

  • hey man i love your vids! im 17 and im lookin at getting this same bike. would you recommend it for a beginner?

  • if your 17 get a 50 its all you need. you dont need that much power trust get something like a ysr50 or an rs50

  • @GGBULLETz a 50? dude, sorry but 50 is a moped... a 250 ninja is pretty much the smallest sports bike out there and an amazing beginner one....

  • @TheAmazingTTOCS no 250cc is a good first bike, they best way is to work you way up the cc's start with a 125cc and get used to the clutch and the roads then get a 250cc, speaking from experience

  • shmexy. i'm lookin at getting an '04 250r, first bike. preddy dang excited, and you're definitely hyping it up for me. thanks for these vids!

  • glad I can help :P

  • @IIdemonII Well, technically, now that I actually own it (as of a year ago) it's an EX 250, but thanks for the pointer :P

  • @fjaldkeiu2 NP, I hope i didn't come across as a jerk haha

  • @fjaldkeiu2 do it, just picked up a 03 ninja 250 for 1800 bucks. less than 6k miles on it... beautiful bike

  • Hey man, i've been looking at getting a bike and what i liked the best was the 250r ninja - and you just made up my mind with your videos. It's F***in awsome!

Only catch is, it costs $12.000 dollars where i live. It's so insane - but hell, im saving for it now! ;)

    WERE????? DON'T DO IT MAN!

change of country but dont pay 12.000 for that bike!

  • i just sold mine for $1,800

  • omg shitt! in Argentina costs $7.000 dollars

  • In colombia it also costs the same!

  • @dynamo1987a

  • Nice bike by the way, prob the best 250 in my opinion

  • lol thank you ^_^

and you can get a permit in Arizona and ride a 3000cc if you wanted to

  • u a flip

  • I have a video of it

  • Wow 4th gear & only about 70mphs!!! i guess since its a 250....

  • it's definitely because it's a 250

  • did you enjoy riding it to school the first day you decided to take it??

  • very much (:

  • Wow, that little bike sounds pretty awesome when you give it some revs.. I'm surprised actually!

  • This bike does sound like a sportbike after 5K RPMs indeed (:

  • Uh, are you allowed to have a passenger in Arizona when you only have your permit?

I don't think you can here in Wisconsin.

    But idk.

  • you can not have a passenger, no

  • can u in arizona with just a permit?? i kno u pickin up a friend but is it legal??

  • it aint in massachusetts

  • I guess no one needs to know then!

    lol.

  • Ok Thanks Alot!!

  • How much do you think the insurnace would be for a 18 year old

  • I'm 17 and it costs me about $40 a month with my parents umbrella policy.

  • FYI rebelyell91: Redlining too much may not be the best idea. I did that alot with my car as soon as the snow melted, then last last time I got my oil changed and car insepected, they said the transmission need to looked be looked at next I came in. I don't have a very old car either, its an 03 Chevy Impala ls. Just a heads up man, have fun but be careful on the gears!

  • I have the same exact bike. I pay 159 for the whole year but Im also 30 aND MARRIED SO THE RISK IS DOWN.

  • in illinois when you have your permit you can only ride in day and need someone suprvising you the whole time its gay

  • I forgot to ask earlier: How much do you put forth a month to the bike(payments to dealership, insurence, etc). Thanks

P.S. Sorry to ask so many questions, I just really wanna get on a bike though, that being if I can convince my parents that I still be able to put money away for collage.

  • I choose to pay 200 a month and I have to pay 110 a month for insurance.

    it's fairly affordable.

  • do u hear those noises inside the helmet too or is it just the positioning of ur helmet?

  • was it hard getting a permit

  • easiest thing ever.

  • obviously you can be alone with a permit, but what about roads?

I've heard of road restrictions for permit riders.

  • here in california we have to walk into the DMV take a test and BAM permit lol its when you get your license that you need a driving class certifaction if your under 21.

  • DUDE get a Full Sports SYSTEM i did. Full Front to Back Yoshmira Exaust system and K&N sports air filter Notice a big power Difference. im talking extra 10-15kmph on top speed and u can hit top speed without having to rev rite out in 5th before changing to 6th. also notice a big boost in 0-80kmph take off

  • You shuld make a video of your gear!:)haha

  • I did already.

  • lol :D

  • i live in canada and we are only allowed to ride by ourselves no passengers when we have our permits :(

  • counting the rolling for the 5 =)

  • damn 5-70 mph took u about 8 to 9 seconds ha

  • you have to be 21 in the United States to operate a motorcycle? =/

  • you can be 15 1/2 in Arizona to ride motorcycles

  • in oklahoma you can be 14 and have a permit

  • Its sucks in britain because u can only get a licence at 16 and the bike can only be 50cc. Also it has to be restricted to 30mph.

  • can only get mopeds until your 17 mate... fail

  • ur aloud a motorbike at 16 mate as long as it is 50cc

  • It differs by state...here in FL,you can drive a motorcycle from 15 and 6 months..as long as you have a restriction(permit) and 15hours of any motorcycle training school in the state of FL

  • umm, no...

  • You said it was illegal to ride when its dark? Im sorry mate im from england, but when we pass our test we can ride when ever, sorry if it seems dumb to you but why is that?

  • with a permit it's illegal to ride at night, Once you get your actual Motorcycle license you are set to ride whenever and wherever

  • Ohh, must be a bit annoying for you! Your 250 is mega by the way!

  • thanks!

  • year, its the same here in Denmark, by the way, its nice that u speak englisk ; )

  • lol indeed

  • In Germany you've to be 18 to ride motorcycles like this.. Can't wait!! :)

  • damn , i wish it was like that here, here you have to be over 21 , and pass numerous direct access test, ive did my cbt, so only can ride a 125 for now, but its ok for practice

  • of course

  • do you get insurance when you had a permit? also did you have to take a course and whatnot?

  • if insurance is required in your state...yes

  • if insurance is required in your state....yes

  • What kind of helmet do you have? Or what is it that keeps whistling? :)

  • the visor isn't FULLY seated onto the helmet, that's why :(

    but it's all good

but I love the helmet: Shark RSR2

  • Oh... I thought maybe it was cause of the camera mount... but then I saw another video of yours when you pull the visor over the cam :)

Anyway, nice videos... nice idea to vlog while riding I like it ;)

  • glad you like it :D

  • i thought i can watch who u're picking up..kLOLz

  • rebel i was wondering should i get the ninja 250r or the gsxr 600 the new model becuz it has different modes

  • If it is your first bike, stick with the 250. The GSXR-600 modes you hear about won't help you much at all. Just ride the 250 until you're comfortable enough to move up, then go for the 600. The Ninja may not look as awesome as the GSXR, but you won't regret getting invaluable experience from the smaller bike first.

  • thanks man ur advice really helped me and i went on and got the black 2009 250r with the helmet jacket pants gloves and im going to get the boots next week

  • You made the intelligent decision, awesome. You'll be a more competent and far better rider than 99% of those that start on 600s+

And not much longer and you can get your dream bike, congrats :D

  • So few questions

Do you plan on getting another bike in the future?

    Are You happy with Kawasaki?

If you do Get another bike will it be a kawasaki?

What bike would u get after this?

  • I do plan on getting another bike in the future

    I'm happy with Kawasaki.

My next bike will most likely be a CBR 600 or a ZX-6R

  • can i has your ninja 250? :)

  • Hi

Nice vids you've got here. I bought a new 250r EFI model and I'm still breaking it in, now I've got 450kms on it. Never went with it to the redline, but I've done aggressive riding with 7k-9k rpm for maybe 40 minutes. Just wondering that does your bike's engine vibrate much? And does it start to roar like hell in about 7k rpm? I'm sick and tired of trying to find out which break-in method is the best, so now I'm just riding it normally but below 8k rpm. You think that's okay?
