The guy is ridiculously strong and can move boats. He's a badass when it comes to the sport of rowing. I for one would know because I've gotten stomped by him and his crews before. @wcrothers actually your wrong if your hands are still in your chest when you start going up the slide two things happen you rush the slide and its harder to get your arms over your knees. So for being a college rower you utterly suck to be making such a horrible mistake
he's right but mate . . . breaking your knees way too early, need a good arms and body rockover beforehand. Hit some rough water and your blade's going to dig something fierce . . . hello ejector crab.
you're being less efficient: when you're breaking your knees that early, you're not actually putting any of the power from your arms into the foot stretcher.

i wish my crew had That many rowers to have That many ergs. or at least One boathouse. We have like 2 trailers that are half full each. I don't know why we just put all the shells on one trailer
