The theory or Relativity allows us to travel through time at the speed of light however to do this we would need an extensive blackhole 2.1 million times the size of the sun, in proportion. Not to mention in less than 1000 years there will be enough humans to populate this ENTIRE galaxy. So how do they find one planet in 100^100?

Well that depends if you think that we came to be through evolution. Take a look at this, evolution makes sense to all of gods creatures except human beings. Even Darwin admitted that when he put Humans into the timeline his ideas about evolution didn't make sense.

Two cases I know off the top of my head were the observations of Giraffe and the tree leaves they eat. Another is an ape that had gotten sick and started walking upright full time after he recovered. Of course we are another species. It means a group that can interbreed.

Unless they are creatures in space that are that large, perhaps space is teeming with life.
