Well no, but it wasn't as good. Good things from that game where the improved combo system, the bloody palace survival mode and the quick weapon change system to me. But... changing Dante's character wasn't smart. The story was lame too.

dmc2 takes place when hes way older than in these games, so he lost the "hahaha" theme, instead he became more like a black knight. it was cool, the thing i didnt like is they just threw that out there, instead of trying to connect the other dmc's to it... but meh. the new devil may cry is even stupider... its called DMC look it up. they gave dante BLACK hair! that ruined it for real... at least in the vid it did

@reapordeath It's called DmC not DMC. There's a HUUUUGE difference. The mainstream games are called DMC. This new "game" is called DmC. And his hair looks to be either DYED black or clack with white highlights at the top.There's been more info given that actually sounds like it MAY be worth checking out.

@Man1cmanMario the trailer i watched had all the letters capitalized. and his hair was totally black, like he was born with black hair. aparently the timeline their going for this one is supposed to go even further back than dmc 3 did... back when vergil was rape no questions asked. if you ask me it could be their going to play on dante and vergil being a team, cuz in the 3rd one, dante said, "remember wat we used to say" then they both said "jackpot" at the same time. but its all speculation.

Anyways, Capcom already explained that they couldn't fix Dante looking older. They just left him the way he was, but he is still considered young during the game.

First of all, I didn't make this video. I ripped it from the official Japanese DMC3 DVD Book "Raising the Devil". The name of the song IS "Suffer" like you said, but the name of the video is "Roar of Anger", as listed in the DVD.

I believe you should also read the description of the video first before commenting on the obvious.

virgils final is extremely harder then cerberus... the only tough things about cerberus is that its attacks to tons of damage to your health bar on higher difficulty

Yea, Cerberus is one of the easier bosses...Vanguard (if it counts) is the easiest, than Nevan, than Cerberus or Gigapeed...those four are ridiculous...but on DMD they all pack quite a punch...Vanguard and Nevan especially if you dont dodge...

Still Vergil will always be the hardest boss

Ironically, the best weapon against Beowulf, is the Light Gauntlets lol

Rising Dragon (Uppercut) and Spinning Dragon (Spinning kick in mid air) works really really well against him :)

I always used to use agni and rudra against beowulf. R1 , back and triangle to triangle worked well on him .

I got mine through ebay when it barely was released, maybe there are still some available, but dunno. It costed me about $40 USD. The DVD is Japanese and hence, region 2.
