HR3011 is a bill they plan to put into law to make it illegal.
I would imagine the clothing & caps they sell are authorized or they would violate copyright law.

Then how come they sell FBI, CIA TSA ..... ect at clothing stands in Washington D.C and other tourist spots. Why aren't those illegal then?

Thx RLFCO 4 posting these videos. I watch them each day after they are posted. I know your videos are viewed many more times than YouTube dares to admit. I base that on last nights video of Ron Paul's economic plan vid. Only around 300 views( last night) and 1100 likes or more. You are doing a good service, thanks.

The part about HR3011 is not based on FACTS.
It's for commercial advertising, not for, SNL or "I HATE THE TSA" mugs or Ray Stevens' "Skies Ain't Friendly," an unflattering depiction of the TSA song.
Basically, it makes it illegal to market your item as a TSA item,and officially criminalizes impersonation of TSA.
