@ChinaHainan - don't tell lies ! They are Rice Christians what is left like in many asian countries are forced to become christians.
brutal CCP, it was not just misshape a human disaster, Mao the greatest murder in the Human history. In the name of Chrisrtian Mio. people were killed in the past
@ChinaHainan both christian as well as muslim tibetans respect the dalai lama...no matter what, china should return tibet back to tibetans. it's not their land..china only wants tibet because of it's great location and resources. most tibetans aren't going to be honest about their view about mao because there are government minders in every village and towns....on camera, they will pretend to respect mao but in reality, many prefer tibetan leadership over tibet.
@ChinaHainan i don't think these people are tibetans..they're some other minority group living within tibet...there are quite a few ethnic groups living in and near tibetan regions...she's not speaking tibetan and nor is she dressed in tibetan clothes.

@ 2:47 "Monastic life is prevalent and families still send at least one son at a young age to become a monk."
The invasion of the independent country of Tibet began in 1949. In the 1950s the communists started their campaign of wrecking more than 6000 of the 6000+ monasteries in Tibet. There are a few monasteries left in Tibet but the number of monks is restricted now and the communist party interferes with what happens at the few monasteries that are left.
I like to see the Church fight against Communist China and liberate the mainland of China from Communism which defined God and Religion as the "Opium of the Soul"
What a delightful video! I had often wondered whether there were any Catholic churches in Tibet. Now I know; just one. I have travelled a lot around Asia (never to Tibet) and have been surprised to find churches in some very remote areas. The missionaries (mostly French and Italians) who spread the Faith to so many areas in Asia in the 19th century did a wonderful job. We thank God for them and remember them in our prayers.
I want to meet with Christians of Tibet:

The 79 years old Tibetan lady said she gain her happy life from the CCP and Chairman Mao Zedong...
Though Mao Zedong caused many mishaps while running China, but it's true that many Tibetan still honour him and hang Mao portrait in their home.
Anyway i am very happy to see my fellow Tibetan brother and sister Catholic running their Church which is also supported and rebuild by CCP now.
By the way i believe these Tibetan Catholic don't need Dalai Lama to be back as their leader
