For his sake, make him play the game properly off the turf so he learns precision and the correct ball-turf contact with his irons. By making him learn now his development as a golfer will be much easier later on.

Wow, he has probably one of the best swings I've seen at that age! He really has a full swing back and through with a good finish. He definitely has a really bright future, and he could be quite a great junior golfer when he gets older also! He seems Tiger-like in his young years, we'll see if he can compare as an adult. The parents have done great work with him obviously.
