It's amazingly hard to me, but that made me love bass even more.

In my opinon the version in the posted clip is by far the best, mostly beacuse it features a bass-solo( something the version you mentioned does not), and lasts longer. Jaco and his producer must have shared my opinion, since they decided to pick it for the original release...

@Pastorius333 OH yeah definately, If i were the producer I would have made the same choice because there is a bass solo and it is Jaco album after all. It's just that Lenny White's and Herbie Hancock's performances were more to my liking in the other cut.
