He is no longer the Presiding Bishop of UCCC, Bishop Eric Daniel Garnes and Bishop Sheldon McCarter serve as Presiding & Asst. Presiding Bishop of the reformation now. He only does the Joint College of Bishops now.

YES he is, he was the founder of the COGIC Adjutant's Corps, along with THEN Elders: P.A. Brooks, Beuford Terry, Marcus Butler, Walter Bogan. but he served as the Adjutant-Apostolic to Bishop James Oglethorpe Patterson, Sr.
