This prank call was originally done my a morning radio show San Francisco called "The Dog House". The guy making the call is "Hollywood" a.k.a. Lance Otani. The Jerky Boys always get credited for it, but it's NOT them. It's The DogHouse.
Co-sign this - I remember hearing this for the first time a LOOONG time ago when the Dog House was in the Bay Area. Now I see this same clip all over the internet and nobody knows who it is, lol!
