  • @jackdentreprenuer We are all at different points on our journey Jack...just because you at at one point doesn't mean that everyone else should be there too! The more we accept where people are and simply support them for being there, the more we can all evolve and grow into more loving & healthier beings! :)

  • This is pretty good what you have in your Thai fridge. Very healthy for you.

  • it's not that healthy. too much packaged shit. i eat just produce vegetables, no dressing, no heating, no nuts, no sugary honey. no avocado. no fruit. no steaming. just simple raw green vegetables, garlic, onions.

  • @jackdentreprenuer eww how can you leave out the fruit, you only eat raw vegetables? Nothing else were the heck are you getting calories from, youd have to eat tons of vegetables.

  • Don't think there was any mention of right and wrong in this vid mate, just sharing what my friends have in their fridge...we are open to whatever makes each individual happy in life - if 80/10/10 works for you that's great - we don't judge the superdudes or the 80/10/10 camp - we are simply sharing how we do things here in Thailand. Peace brother, just take a deep breath!

  • 80/10/10 are shocked when they see your fat intake. fat raw fooders(average raw fooder 70% of the calories from fat) are shocked about the carbohydrate intake and the "small" intake of fat and protein. One of both sides is obviously right. Why are you so sure that you re on the right side have you really studied the 80/10/10 diet of douglas graham and the science behind it. There is science behind to back up everything what he says. But you have to study it and dont judge it before you do so
