  • Yea, great bass and the drummer is on FIRE!!

  • great song

  • Love that bass guitar

  • Mark King was the master @ the slap bass! Love this song, wish more "musicians" would play their own damn songs.

  • Fucking Hell Mark King looks like one tired old cunt. Awesome amazing though....... great bass player

  • @RyanDunnsLostSneaker

You got that right, dude. What happened to him? Too much piss?

  • Thanks for uploading, I would never have seen this in the UK...

Really a great vibe and Lindup sounding great, most live vids don't aren't mixed this good!

    Really made me smile.

  • sORRY.....i CHOKED AND GAVE A THUMB DOWN BY MISTAKE....mY BAD!

  • This is awesome!

  • It made a change to hear Level 42 completely live, without any of the backing sequences that usually embellish their live sound (and that's not a criticism as I like a full arrangement). Still love this band after all this time.

  • bass....gorgeous, amazing...

  • It's funny how Mark is basically telling the camera man to turn the camera over to Mike, as if he didn't realize it was Mike singing that part, lol.

  • Mark King and Mike Lindup still sound the same.... shame they don't look the same now. My only criticism of this recording is the drummer - it sounds like he is trying to own the song? Doesn't sound right.

  • i love when the music from the 80's when done by their original players always sounds so much better years later.... this jazzy funky version is great

  • It's disturbing and bizzare to see these guys that I knew from when I was a kid as these older men. I still picture them as the youthful lads they were in the 80s.

  • STILL SOUNDS GOOD!!!

  • Amazing bass playing

  • Amazing that Mike's falsetto has stuck around so well after all these years.

  • I saw them a few years ago - brilliant even after all the years, total pros and still sounding great. Mark's playing really has to be seen to be believed!

  • It is sad to see that only Mark and Mike are remained from the original formation.

  • Funky!

  • As good as ever....

  • effortless...........with perfection ( I should say)

  • effortless...........

  • cant wait for their gig in Singapore on Oct 15th, 2011 !!!!!

  • I'm so glad I found this!!!!!!!

  • omg fucking great job , real musicians no bullshit,,, tnx 4 this video, great arrangements, drums remains me of a dave matthews drumer , carter heheh ,,,

  • Super nice job, especially since it was real live music, no taped crap.

  • Thanks for sharing - Love these guys!

  • Mark King is the friggin' man!!!!

  • guys look really tired!

  • Powerplay by level 42!!

  • That sounded awesome.

  • great!!!

  • This song is a classic. Level 42 was one of the best bands in the 80's ... good memories. thank you guys, you still rock!!!

  • Sounds like they're all nackered.

  • The Level 42 Saxophonist Sean Freeman has a more than passing resemblance to Ricky Groves who played Gary Hobbs in 'Eastenders'...........I've never seen a photo of them together, spooky huh ?!?!

  • @BazzerObama

And the keyboardist loks like the guy from House, Hugh Laurie!
