Every Tiny Toons character was supposed to be a physical-only mini-ganger to a famous old-school-er. Dizzy: Taz, Montana Max: Yosemite Sam, Fifi: Pepe LePew, etc. The only one I think that's original was Furrball's owner, Merry Melody.
