@felixunger1971 I'd like to see Kylie attempt to sing Evita. Besides, singing is just one aspect of entertaining. Madonna's tours are visually, conceptually and musically in a different league to Kylie's. Here's a task for you, why don't you watch Madonna perform "Sooner or Later" at the Oscars, "You Must Love Me" on the Sticky or Sweet tour or "Bad Girl" on Saturday Night Live. Besides, Kylie will never reach Madonna's status as the Queen of pop.

@TheSolitaryHeart the main part of being a singer...is your ability to sing... People at the end of the day appreciate a good vocal performance with feeling and EFFORT (cuz that's what a singer is supposed to do) than a huge stage with 100 dancers and stuff...example...adele doesnt need that and she's the most successful artist out there... Kylie can sing her own songs and algo put on a great show, a think madonna cannot reach kylie's league, Kylie is at a higher lever of performances...

While NO ONE puts on a better visual show than Madonna she has had her "flat" and "dull" moments. This was one of them. I remember seeing this awards show and thinking Kylie tore Madonna up. Even Madonna's simplest on SNL 1993 was way better. This was a great album, but also her laziest era in terms of what she brought to us on stage. She made up for it some on the Drowned World Tour at least. But even that show was lazy in some sections.

This is one of those Madonna performances where she simply blows it out of the water, utmärkt! - she is carrying a little weight having just dropped Rocco, notice how those La Madonnas are jiggling beneath the safety pin vest top. Later she would go on to give us the dark DWT which was the last tour appearance with Nikki Harris :(  Thanks for loading this is yet another gem!
