Darren Criss at the Stage Door (Opening Night)

@mandys315 Well, we caught him JUST as he got out the door of Sardi's. Some of us had already gotten our plabill's from the show signed, others hadn't so he signed those. Someone there was a Michigan fan, so they talked football. Then someone else pulled out Red Vines for him, so we started talking Team Starkid, but then he graciously left. I'm just glad he took the time out to say anything to us.

@masterslayersp As much as I love Darren, I felt HORRIBLE about missing curtain call! My friend I was with that night, however, absolutely had to meet him which is why we left when we did. If it had been my choice, I would've stayed til the curtain came down after bows. When they came out the stagedoor, however, I made a point to thank every actor and dancer that came by. Some, funny enough, seemed surprised that they were even recognized!

For those of you that are going to leave before the show is even over to try and meet him; DON'T! That's disrespecting him, the show, and all of the other actors who work like crazy every single day! Just because you want Darren's autograph or whatever doesn't make it right for you just to leave. You're paying a bunch of money to watch his perfomance, not to fan girl out!

@mandys315 I did! At the stage door I almost got trampled since there were so many people behind me, so didn't get to say much. At Sardi's though, there were only six of us that happened to be there, so we got to talk to him for a good twenty minutes.

@92dramageek My friend and I left RIGHT after "Brotherhood of Man," and we were on the first row at the barricades. It may be less crazy next week, but just leave BEFORE curtain call, and you should get a good spot out there! Good luck!
