  • I lost my vertical when I had a high ankle sprain during football. Would this give me my monster vertical back because right now it's underwhelming and basketball sucks with a bad vertical

  • Im concerned about my jumping ability. I have tried several programs that target speed and quickness directly, but have not seen. I have even tried your exercises but still nothing. My vertical hasn't increased neither has my speed. Can you identify my problem? How long did it take you to have the vertical you have now?

  • @igotbasketballskillz You have to make it work. Raise your level of intensity. You can only jump as high as you want to. I know because I have the same problem. We have to push our bodies past the plateu

  • @VerticalJumpKing Love all 7 of your workout vids. There is just one thing missing. Stretching exercises. Limited range of motion can decrease your jumping ability. I saw a vid of a 6'1, 40yr old man dunking and it made me mad at myself. Im 32yrs old and 6'2 and i haven't been able to dunk since i was 25. But just stretching alone has added a inch or two too my vert. I'd just like to know what type of stretching you do.
