@LeullBSwagin Want a lot of bass? Then don't pick sennheisers (I really like them but the new ranges lacks a little in the bass) I haven't tested more headphones than those that are listed on this channel, so 'best headphone for bass', I can't answer that question :)

I've read every reviews before buying these headphones. Most reviews are misleading and either people say they really are awesome or they are crap. I've had mine for a week now and I can't understand why there's so much confusion. Bottom line is these headphones are sturdy, they are really comfortable (even big heads) and lightweight, but the sound is not incredible. If you only want normal headphones for your Ipod that will last they are perfect, but don't go buying them for 100$. That's it!

Thanks for the review. I spotted these headphones at a Radio Shack, on sale for $39.99. Perfect for my Son turning 13. Watched your review and decided to purchase them. I just was able to try them, and I have to say, you were spot on. These things are terrific. I have had many different headphones and earbuds, but for $40 these things are great. So much so that I bought a pair for myself at Newegg, they were $30 shipped to my house!!! Told Phillips about ur excellent review as well! Great Job!

I bought these on black friday for 39.99. Excellent pair of headphones.

One thing I found out though, if you plug in your device into the side of the headphones, the loudness is much greater and the bass is deeper and more noticeable. Not something that should bother you since they're great at isolating noise so you'll never need the volume too loud. It still kind of ticks me off though. Nevertheless, these are a great pair of headphones. I definitely recommend them and great review!

I currently wear those to listen to your video and I have to say that your review is SPOT ON. The base is a bit lacking, but to ME, it sounds better than those BEATS that ppl are using... Too much base!

The little "crackling" while you walk is also a little distracting... As if they aren't 100% at the right place on your head, you'll keep hearing that little sound, but if they are well rested, you won't hear it... Quality/Price is awesome compared to other brands like Beats, Senn, Bose...

@Projectloud08 Oh and that headband is AMAZING. They fit on my 3 1/2 year old daughter's head without having to change the size manually... And that detachable cable is also great. This is always the piece that I break on my headphones... The connector to my iPhone... I saw on their site that the cable is 10$... So even if that breaks, you can replace it easily... Finally, mainstream headphones are starting to use the gaming industry-like headphones (detachable cables)!

I just bought these and they must stretch completely to fit my head so it hurt. And my head isn't that big, I mean I let some of my friends try it and I saw the same gap between the plastic and the nylon (less than 1 cm) when some of them was wearing it. Maybe this headset is made for teenagers or kids. I'm glad I bought these headset in my local store, I will go returning them because they are uncomfortable for me. I also doubt that they will fit with my toque in winter.

@monego1994 As I say in the review, indeed you hear some crackling noises, but it isn't "really bad", just a little annoying and goes away after some time (about a month and a half).

I would deffo get this one, as I tested the 5800 aswell, and I prefer the Stretch :) About the 9560, it is almost the same as this, and I think same audio quality (but im not sure about that), so I think i'd go with the stretch aswell, cuz of its design

Nice review. The static/cracking noises that you hear may be from the cord rubbing on your clothing or other things as you are moving. I had the in-ear philips & o'niell and that was the case with them, and it was really annoying as I used them a lot when I was walking around, so I returned them.

I own a set of these. I like the audio quality, the bass is fine for me, the cable is very resistant.

The noise cancel feels weird. Instead of hearing noises from the outs, I can actually hear myself breathe. Have you felt this?

As for the stretching, my phones usually break bc they hit stuff or fall down from the table. Is stretching a prob?

A final note on the price. I live in Portugal and I also paid 100€ for these yet on amazon.com they cost 38$ (26€). What??

Well, this thing is very sturdy, and as I showed in the video, you can stretch it immensely far. For looks sake, I would handle it with care, but it won't break if it falls of the table.

@Qaspwer 1. It is probably breakable, but it is so flexible, I doubt very much that it will break fast.. You would almost have to drive a truck over it to break it :P.

2. Yes, at lower volumes it kicks in less. The overall bass on the Stretch is superior though to the bass on the snug.

3. Yeah, i know that feeling.. And no, it probably won't as it has this kinda neoprene headband. My hair didn't get in it in the 2-3weeks that I've been using it :).
