Kenteris tested positive as he ran away from the test lab representatives... If you are selected to be tested, you have to report... If you don't report you automatically test positive... He really ran away... where there was a story in the newspaper about it... He was juiced... He never ran that fast ever before.

Correct only enough to make a poor argument. Kenteris failed to report to testing putting him in violation of WADA anti-doping rules but that does not constitute a positive test. I'm not saying he didn't duck a doping test, I think the motorcycle accident in Athens was a convenient excuse to not report. My point is (and if you have ever worked closely with world class sprinters as I have) he was not alone in this field, or any other. They've all taken something illegal at some point.

oh don't get me wrong, he is not the only one on the field, I'm with you! I know the name of the game, I also know many are clean and do report and never miss a test. I never missed a test even at the NCAA level! there is no excuse. Even for a normal job, if you miss a test, it can lead to termination! So, if being a professional athlete is your job you should know better!

please don't try to be smart, neither one of us were next to him 24/7 to know what he did or did not do... Just, because he did not test positive at that time does not mean he was not on some perf. enhancing drugs... So, stop the foolish comments... It takes a lot of hard work to run sub 20 clean! He just did not prove anything by missing required tests... That's on him...

Put it like this, anyone who test positive should be banned for life, not just 2 years.... go to the youtube search and type: balco It will help you understand how complex those issues are! What do we do about previous records and so on.... Many that we don't know about use drugs and some are clean and pay the price...

Tyler is around..he's been doing a lot of competing. He's the World Indoor Champion, and has been doing outdoor races here and there. He's also going to be at the Olympics. The races he has been in just haven't been televised.
