Here's the better way to do it, and MUCH faster... Came up with this when I was a kid... Take arms out of sleeves, pull the bottom opening of the shirt over your head with your neck still in the neck hole. use each end of the bottom part of the shirt to bring the shirt around the back and tie it. You're done in under 10 seconds.
