I think a relation between the number of rotations and a frequency of recording rate of a camera.

thats sort of correct. the human eye couldnt realize the high frequenzy either. and the cam got just a specific amount of pictures per second (frames per second) when u buy a TV it says 75hz whatsoever. its 75 fps then. the human eye just can see ~25 pictures per second. that is why movies are made in this standard.

i think the cam probably got 25 fps as well. watch the next helicopter u see in real life carefully. these blades will rotate slowly, too
