The software is Windows Movie Maker, I don't know if it is available on Mac, sorry.
I'm sorry, I thought you speak Russian (cause your name is Russian) and answered in it. The answer was: "Thank you. It may be connected with surya Namaskar or may be with Chandra Namaskar. I translate it as "greeting" :)
