2)BOTH of the albums were released the SAME year(1986) and Master of Puppets was released the 3rd of March so there is a 80% possibility that Metallica released their album sooner than Exciter (in than case Exciter stole the intro)

3)Metallica is and WAS a far more popular and famous band at 1986 so it's much higher possibility that Metallica ignored the existance of Exciter while Exciter didn't.
