Gas takes up more room than liquids and therefore would need more room. As most mammals are mostly water, a whole load of gas would be created. true fact 1: microwaves cause a massive increase in water molecule's vibrations, causing them to rub against one another, creating friction, which in turn heats up the water. The microwaves do not affect the waters temperature, it is the friction the movement of the particles caused by the microwaves that creates heat
