@Barshki what is the point of the backwards version?
It sounds kind of creepy and evil. Is that the point? Or is it because You Tube took down the forward version and you want people to have access to the song, so we should all play THIS backwards to hear it frontwards? Great idea, if that is your idea, but where do we go that we can play songs backwards?
@FunkyJunkyDNA5 I made it because I thought it sounded cool when I was editing. You can find the forwards version if you search in google for the one hosted on Vimeo.com. I'd link it here but YouTube doesn't allow linking anymore.
@FunkyJunkyDNA5 Creepy? Evil? Really? Are you sure you didn't listen to Marilyn Manson, then get transported through some internet Bermuda Triangle-esque portal and accidentally comment on this song instead?
Very beautifully shot and artistically constructed video! This is my favorite Eisley song and your setting matches perfectly the place I imagine in my mind when I listen to Brightly Wound. The three gals are beautiful as well and did a nice job matching up their moves with the mood of the song. Looks like you have a talent for this. Very well done!
@SuperCJ429 P.S. I watched the forward version of this video on your link and my comments pertain to the forward version. It looked like I would have to join up with that other video service to leave you a comment there so it was easier to just leave it here on youtube on the backwards version.
Yeah they probably just don't have time to pick on everybody and delete all music video and stuff but I think if it's backwards they technically can't authorize it because of some loop-hole. I watch a lot of skate videos and sometime people will post a video of someone, but mirrored (so that everything is opposite yknow?) and I guess that's another way the people who made the video can't authorize it. not sayin you should so it. just sayin.
How many views did you get before they pulled it of?
The backwards version is cool though. For one thing, it's a clever way to keep your cinematography visible. For another, it just sounds like they're just singing it in Russian.
I love this, it sounds really pretty.

lalanene333 2 years ago
Wow, that was really intense.
I never heard a whole song in reverse before.. strange, but very comforting.
Now i'll go listen to it the right way.
Thanks!

Interesting. But how come all of the music videos are all gone. How can they have infringement on so many? And why all the sudden?

I feel your pain on the infringement! Although your video is ten times better than mine :)

what the heck!? what happened to this video in...forward?
identitycrises 2 years ago
It was removed by Warner Music Group for copyright infringement. Not even official Eisley videos can exist on Youtube because of Warner.

That's stupid.
If someone pays for this music, they should be able to do what they want with it. If not, they shouldn't sell it.
That video was gorgeous.
LadyEmergency 2 years ago
The thing is, they're not paying for the *rights* of the music.
If you release a song and the public buys it, they don't gain the legal ownership of the song. That would be completely unfair to the artist.
I do get where you're coming from though.
Synxernal 2 years ago
Let me ask you. How was the copyrights infringed when you get a lot of music on youtube posted by fans?
kingpet 2 years ago
I guess it's all illegal but they don't have time to pick on everybody.
Barshki 2 years ago 2
This is possibly my favorite. No understandable words to weigh down the meaning, just a beautiful harmony

did you rewind this in the same speed as the regular one or is it the same speed as the regular one?
