I recognized footage from Transformers Generation one, The Transformers live action films and Transformers Prime but that footage where Soundwave blasts energy force from his chests, the 4th one I don't know where it came from. Could someone tell me where that 4th footage came from? Is it from a video game or another animated series?

I think soundwave was best in war for cybertron cause his design was like an amazing upgrade to the original cartoon and his robotic like voice really suits him. in the third micheal bay movie he looked okay but his voice wasnt right and he doesn't have much action.

Not really. While a lot of G1 characters were toy only, guys like Soundwave have over 25 years of history and a fanbase to match. Seems a fairly safe bet that most Beast Wars characters are winning because the G1 vote is being split four ways each time while the Beast Wars/Machine fanbase isn't. Which isn't to say that most nominees have clearly been worthy of the Hall of Fame. 25 years worth of history will do that. Yeah, yeah, you were mostly joking I know. ;)

It's probably the only way BW characters could get into the Hall of Fame without bringing back the good old Trukk Not Munky meme. I'm pretty sure if Hasbro selected someone like Rattrap instead of someone like Ravage it would piss off a lot of G1 fans.
