US combat operations in Iraq will, and must continue, unless the US is willing to allow Iran to quickly become very good friends with the democratically elected Iraq Parliament. This scenario, by the way, is the preferred route of the Iraqi "Shia" Parliament. The US always says they support "self determination" for all democratic nations, so why not Iraq?

It would appear that the thing that most bothers you about your future President is his beautiful skin tone. Get over it. He is the only one given the chance who can really turn things around. Don't know if you're being inflammatory for effect or if you genuinely dislike black people. I don't really care either way however I do firmly believe that the last eight years have been disastrous for the US, domestically and abroad and to elect McCain would be to maintain the status quo. Obama is the better candidate PERIOD. You do realize McCain can barely turn on a computer let alone use one. You don't think America should have at minimum an internet savvy president in this day and age?

We have an opportunity as a nation to regain some stature in the world with Barack Obama. I cried when I saw him in Berlin--why? Because 200,000 people were cheering, waving the American flag instead of burning an American official in effigy or burning our flag. For God's sake America--no more village idiots, please!
