I was going to purchase this game today, too. Thank god for reviews. This game got horrible reviews from players and well known game sites. I may still get it since it has four player co-op. I'd be using my ten dollars off any game gamestop crap to make the price of the game 3 dollars. That's the highest I'll pay for a game that has been seen as bad. We got a lot of shitty spellers, eh?
I really liked this game! I do agree with the down points that were mentioned but I think the simplicity of the game gives you more freedom to just run around and enjoy it with a friend. But I will say my favorite part is sliding around in gallons of blood :)

If the name Fairytale brought your attention and you find 'Fairytail' just as intriguing, I suggest you watch the anime or read the manga as that is most definitely more interesting and will keep you occupied longer

this game is actually a lot of fun. especially when playing with friends. its fast paced hacking action. the controls are smooth. the only thing i would change is the difficulty settings. the game is way too easy even at the hardest difficulty setting. overall its a great game. not the best. but great none the less.
It's hilarious on co-op. If you're both on seperate sides of the screen, and one of you has the overlay appear, the other one is left completely blind. After looking at our stats over 6 or 7 Chapters, we've had nearly 400 deaths. 370 of those were accidental. Us falling off things or whatever due to poor controls/camera. That aside, I didn't like single player as much, though. I actually wanted to see someone do a co-op let's play of this just because I know how insanely frustrating it is.

This is a terrible game. Terrible controls, the slash close-ups are annoying and serve no purpose, and it's a lame idea (wow, cute characters now being bloodthirsty R-rated freaks)... It was funny for 2 seconds.

everyone did. The game was tying to do a Castle Crasher/ Marvel Alliance fusion with weird ass characters except they add it more blood which just seems kind of odd. I kind of knew the game was going to blow so I was thinking of just renting it to see, nope, not anymore.

Dude don't get mad at me but I wish they would stop making sooo many videos. It's filling up my subscribe box. I mean if I went through all stuff in that box I would find that almost all of it is their stuff. But this is just me blowin' off steam.
